Get caught by her in the current case, then go back to truck, have fun with any of the npcs for 2 min and a ghost of her will appear saying she's mad at you, then go back and get caught by her again to see the secret animation, sadly doesn't unlock it in the ghost viewing room and you're unable to catch her in that state.
also a P.S for those who can:
if possible , the time travel and combinations of the portal in the school, the hospital puzzle, the secret animations of the ghosts, etc, if you add that as a spoiler "tag" in the first page you'd save the forums plenty of needless extra questions asking about the very same thing over and over

The magic ring game plot has already been stated by LAGS though probably might get changed a bit. Mac has a magic ring that causes anyone he has sex with or those who see him have sex become attracted to him, though if they had feelings for someone else they still keep those. Luna seems to be immune though that's probably due to her essence.
But I really don't see why people are so mad over the NTR part, if you can really call it that. Ted only cares about anal and ghosts and he has his own harem of women too (and I assume those crossed out with exception to Luna are those Mac hasn't had sex with). Not to mention the fact the reason Luna is even dating Ted is out of coincidence and that he literally raped her. Luna is better off without him imho.
It's strange because in my save Luna and Sabrina are not crossed. I'm playing the game from the beginning to see if I could find more secrets.
EDIT:
I'm curious for Magic Ring now. In the alternate version of the new map, Mac is married to Judy and Ted to Liz. Also Faith, Hanachan and Ginger is marked with red circle and yet have sex with Ted but not other girls. LAGS did say player's choices will affect outcomes in magic ring, so could it be this version of Mac failed their quests?

i have see that you cant capture the succubus true form, its escape again and again if you are at 95% capture
I think it's because these things are not immediately visible and are "hidden."
I also thought it was a game with NTR elements until I looked closely at LAGS comments and conversations between NPCs in spoilerish mode. But I realized it wasn't that simple.
However, how many players would care about these hidden things? It's true that what I see in front of me right now is her having sex with an unknown NPC.
But I don't mean to blame or criticize them It's personal preference, and it's not wrong to some extent.
Portal at university, another dimension Regina mentions in this new map added this time, maybe will be a multiverse? I'm not sure.
By the way, it's a wierd that Luna is crossed in your save. I'm sure it means something, but only LAGS knows the details.
In my save, Luna is replaced by Wendy, and Sabrina... I can't even guess why.

I don't care as long as Magic Ring drops. If that doesn't happen then LAGS played us.
And they are crossed because according to him ring no longer have any effect on them. He also mentioned it's not a complete list since some characters will not appear in this game.

Throw cum water on the power generator in sunflower city and now the Ms. Sheperd Residence will turn into Raven's something. Go there, capture the ghost and this girl will appear on the trailer

What a stupid, contrived, and annoying game.
The hitboxes for activatables need work, the priorities in the game need work, the way things can stack and you'll be stuck mashing between items and have to move around between them needs work. This is a mess, and for what? It barely has lewd content. I get the idea of havin' a game be a game first and then porn but when your game is jank as shit it detracts from the experience as a whole.
It's essentially the epitome of a bad Phasmo clone in that it does the whole ghost hunting thing but it's not interesting at all it's just the base parts mushed together and inconvenience being the main point of difficulty.

2 different heroines, with at least 3 different outfits that each have their own position.
Multiple NPCs who have sex animations.
Multiple NPCs having sex with each other.
Multiple lewd art to find.
Two "TV shows" with multiple sex scenes both animated and still.
A mini game with 4-5 girls who have an animated sex scene each.
What exactly is the not-at-all accurate definition you're applying to the word "barely"?
Everything else you said, some of it's legit, some of it's just skill issue....but this one part...yeah...
In this particular case, the difference in crossed character lies in different modes. You can see by the text that LordOfFire&Ice posted a picture in "normal" mode, as opposed to yours, which was in spolerish mode. In spoilerish you really have more crossed characters, for whatever reason.
But that doesn't change the fact that the crosses are different by players. Luna is not crossed in mine, but it's crossed in your image. Here's my picture for reference:
Edit: No, my bad. I got confused; it doesn't change by mode, but by map version. In the Raven map version, pretty much all girls are crossed, and some girls were removed, what the actual fuck? Is it because they don't exist or are not part of Ted's life in this alternate reality created by Regina/Ryoko?
Still, there is a ruling for why Luna is crossed in yours and not in mine. I use Luna as assistant, and have all of her scenes unlocked, if that means anything.
Edit2: Well, maybe I'm overthinking this. Maybe it really is just the girls you can have sex with in Magic Ring. It's just weird why some of them were even in the image in the first place. And if they're all fuckable in Magic Ring, why Luna and Sabrina (these 2 not being fuckable) have crossed/non-crossed images? Very weird.

I see. So if Wendy is my assistant, Luna will be marked with a cross because she would no longer have sex with Mac and ultimately wouldn't be affected by the ring. And Sabrina, by extent, would also cut relations with Mac and become unaffected by the ring as well.
