Hi, I am playing the DL version from here and all I get when I talk to the guy is the above. Also when I knock someone out they stay on the floor. Is anybody suffering this or is there an update (aside from the Steam version), or am I missing something else entirely?

I do not understand anything you say, I can only answer one from your question, if u mean talking to male mc and he reply with ... is normal, talking to npc or mc is unnecessary.

That's Takumie (The fat ass) event. It only becomes blue when you go into a cave because he is in the prison underground not on the surface.
