To trigger that scene, you need to choose option “I’m going to keep you company” in conversation with Demi back in the Cafe. (Scene in the Cafe goes before Anna arrived to Curtis house)

I'm going to assume that to see anything "new" one must start over, because starting from where I last stopped I saw nothing new.
Well thank you for the time you took to respond, but like me and other player reported, there are no any options or sequences to choose in conversation between anna and ramon inside his truck, she only refuse his advances by default. That should be scene after matt and anna training inside gym and ramon inviting anna inside his truck to talk about fight technique and signing contract, correct?
Unless there is some other version other than this uploaded here or you providing save with dp unlocked, there is no other solution.
Gonna add, all of these problems would be avoided if you don't lock scenes with some hidden decisions and answers. In my playthrough anna always do dp and anal and suddenly she just don't want to do same with bikers anymore. Why do this other than to artificially prolong game?!

I have not played the S1 update, I only read the walkthrough. In accordance with him, the scene where Ramon comes to the beach to Anna and Demi was reworked. Apparently here Anna can refuse Ramon. She used to go to him by default. But maybe I'm wrong.

Im gonna try today to unlock dp with bikers. About demi and curtis, i choose to go with them(going to keep you company decision) , anna can only follow them in taxi, followed them to apartment, got caught, threesome but no matter how anna got caught to trigger threesome there is no scene of curtis fingering her ass in order to unlock taxi anal.
