Comrade, I like story rich games too.
Considering recommendations. Sorcerer is a second game of this dev, his first game is completed and is good too. Terminus Reach Sentinel or something like that. AFAIK, there's link on that game in Sorcerer topic.
There's Ataegina. It's high fantasy setting but story is good nonetheless.
Every game of Philly Games is good at story part. He has two, one is finished and one in development. Second one is City of broken dreamers. First one is not hard to find.
Intertwined is a game you might like. At first glance it's your typical "choose-your-fuck" in today's world but dev has a great skill in creating unexpected story twists and turns.
There's RSSU Ithaca, VN from Russian dev about life in Soviet Russia with... some additions. To this moment there is only first release but storywise I think game shows potential.
And of course, Tales from unending void. Space opera-like setting, interesting story and it's like dev made a huge step up on another level after Sisterly lust.
These are just few examples. It's a shame there's no tag like Story rich here, as for example in Steam, people who like games with great story (and porn only add to that story additional pleasure) can find them here only in one way - try everything that is looks like it and stick with what you found.
Finished playing for the first time. 7 hours of reading, damn, that's something.
Story and writing are awesome, I can honestly say that. Even if there's no porn scenes (and in my playthrough there was 4, two of them with Elena and one of them even without fucking, just some threesome petting) this game would still worth my time. Well, TBH, it's more like a book with pictures than VN, your choices doesn't affect the story, they're only just to see some scenes or not. But it's still not kinetic novel, if I chose not to fuck Chloe, I don't. Well, game still thinks I did but I got that dev has no reason to change too much text, not like it changes anything.
Renders are there so almost nothing can be said about it. Beside the fact that on my PC in 1920x1080 renders are noticeably grainy. Not like it has a great impact, I play for the story not for the renders.
What I want to ask of dev: please, give us, players, more freedom.

I agree with this statement 100%
I love the stories more than the lewd scenes for the most part. Give me a well written story with those lewd scenes mixed in, and I'll probably like it more.

Yeap. I do enjoy story-rich VN. Like I enjoyed Acting Lesson, where they have a plot twist instead of your simple erotic VN. Like characters that we can get into or sympathize with. And a story-rich tag definitely and should be in since there are several games here that are story-rich.
Well, I bought Acting lessons in Steam after i played it from install downloaded here. It's my way of thanking developer. 'Cause he's certainly deserved it.
if you liked Acting lessons then you'll certainly value Intertwined, I guessed correctly on that)
2 Moderators and Admins: Maybe it's worth it to add user-claimed tags? Just like it made in Steam. Some tags like "story rich" which only authorized users can set for the topic? Just a proposition.

Be mindful tho, MC is supposed to be immature and kind of childish,
should we judge him by the talk in the bar, he asks about the barmans eldest son, who is jus 1 year shy of Mc and is already in college ... which would mean MC is a dropout, is studying from home,
is taking non frequent college classes, which is insane, all the while holding a job and a terrible
home in a very dangerous jerk infested neighborhood.

I definitely support the "#story rich" tag proposal and agree with all of you. An addition like that would be very much appreciated!
Games/VNs like MW and some of the ones lionarslan mentioned are really hard to find here. I had to search the recommendation section of F95 to eventually find more story-driven and plotwise exciting creations due to the coincidental "method" you could choose otherwise (which takes a lot time - and well - luck).

Last but not least I could add about 2 or 3 games to my collection.I've read a bit of this and I like it, but I have a few things to say.
Sometimes you jump from scene to scene too abruptly and it's disorienting and confusing. There's a bit where we're switching from the protagonist POV, to father and son third person scene next, then to Vincent's POV in a span of less than two minutes. Try to separating those two scenes without the protagonist so it feels more coherent. Maybe put the Sayns scene somewhere earlier in the script? Or just cut out that fight scene? It didn't seem very important to me (I'm not that far in so that may change).
Also, the Robbie / surge scene.
Flashbacks work great on a calm backdrop - laying in bed, drinking alone and reminiscing etc - they suck when you're dropping them in a middle of important events. Instead of absorbing some cool backstory, I was sitting there, at first confused at the abrupt switch, and later annoyed. I just want to know what happened, and the game is instead boring me with this useless babble?!
It felt kind of like a parent dangling a candy just outside of your reach for an arbitrary amount of time before finally giving it to you.
My solution would be: make the protagonist go to sleep after the talky-talk with Robbie and Vincent and put the flashback here instead.
Just my 2 cents. I'll probably post something more later.

The kernel unexpected trap errors are normally related to faulty driver installations (remember a Ren'Py VN does not install to your drive) or faulty RAM memory (it may be actually faulty or if you recently moved your PC it may have come loose).
