Coming back from the DRM thread there is already a way to play the game in english and its simply by copy english file data over to the japanese version, have tried and works perfectly for me

What you mean by file data? The entire "Mage Kanade’s Futanari Dungeon Quest_Data" folder? If I do that the JP game just breaks for me.

download the game from steam and apply the patch in the place where the game folder is, if you do it could you tell me if there is more content? I have the game in English but I bought it from dlsite

It's just the DLsite game restored to its original state sans censorship for the english version. Pretty sure Steam made him remove the loli bits.
