It's implied but ultimately no, the closest we get to "birth" is the slime rape scene, where the monster floods Riru's insides before bursting out.

I think you mean 'folder'? AppData is a hidden file folder. To reveal it, you need to figure out which version of windows you are running, and then google how to reveal hidden folders for that version. Good luck.
