First of all, the scenes in and of themselves can be appreciated without necessarily appreciating the path to get them. We're all different on that front, mood always impacts and everyone have different views on what is too long a road to get to the part they are after, whether that's leaning more in the direction of gameplay or more in the direction of porn. To each their own.
Second of all, even people who enjoy the gameplay and like grinding stuff up and whatnot, it's not always fun to do all of that work again to get the part they want. Sure you can save file right before the scene, but you know what's easier and more convenient than that? A gallery mode. Especially considering how spread out the actual graphical scenes of this game are (at least last I played, haven't kept up with updates I'll admit).
I donno about you, but I despise losing progress and redoing content I've already done. I'm interested in the game once, if it's exceptionally good maybe I can go twice; but rarely beyond that unless the game reliably plays out different enough each time or I have friends with me. That's my opinion, obviously, and we'll have to adjust to what the developers decide on that front; but I don't think the game would suffer if it catered to people like me by offering a convenient way to re-access the scenes we've already come across once.
And third of all, I don't think pornhub has a Magical Camp video out there showing off the lewd scenes that are in the game, and even if it did there are those who would rather control the tempo rather than backtrack the video constantly either because they wanna focus on a particular scene, because they are slow or fast readers or whatever the reason.
