I keep seeing posts about a school hypnosis quest, where do you find that one? I'm at chapter 7 and about to fight dark gazer and have been holding off to do side content. Or is it a post-game thing?

Should I even bother waiting? I have all the memories unlocked and the special engram. Will defeating Dark Gazer lock me out of anything?

See above! It just happens kind of when you did some extiction missions, then talk to the guys of the photo club again, they will give you the web cam! For free! (I searched all maps for a store to purchase it - that is not the way to get it!)
Thanks! I just realized it too, I remember there's an event of cosplaying a girl's ass or something, but forgot how to trigger it.

Man, I had no idea this game was apparently so hard to progress.

I did this stuff with the MTL, which was way less clear on how to do or get things.

I just discovered a secret area in BF6 of the Club Underground dungeon with a secret boss room.
I also remember in Downtown was a secret boss in a well hidden, but not secret area as well.

Which made me wonder if previous dungeons also had secret areas or secret bosses as well and if there any item that will reveal secret areas or if I just need to hug every wall of every dungeon to discover things myself.

The second or third, I forget, memory thing for exploration in the bottom left reveals secret paths.

Can't believe I fell for this bait. Been farming for almost 5 hours and still am no where near close to being able to defeat the first boss.
Jesus. I did mention to start on Crysis... but after you get familiar with in-game systems and mechanics.

All you need to beat first boss is level 8-9 (maybe even less if you're lucky), which is like ~30 mins of farming.
At this point you should have Dark Magic 2 (from increasing corruption to 15) and Dark Bullet should 2-3 shot the two tentacles during the boss fight. You have to hope for RNG so you won't get grabbed while tentacles are still alive - once you kill them, it's an easy win. It's just smack & heal with the boss once tentacles are dead- just keep your HP high in case you get grabbed.

If it's still too hard, get upgraded weapon. Radical Gear (magical suit customization) is pretty neat, too (20% dodge chance).

Get healing engrams - they increase the amount of souls you get from purification (less farming). Attack mobs from behind for free turn. Get early items from shops in the city (headband and earring). Buy foods in convenience store for MP recovery outside combat so you can spam Dark Bullet and farm efficiently.
First boss is the hardest and the most boring part. After that you get side-quests to farm souls and Dark Bullet will kill whole groups with 2 shots. Be sure to increase AGI and max HP at the school every day.
A bit later you can get MP regen after combat from corruption gear and attack that recovers MP from Close Combat engrams so have unlimited MP (with gear that boosts SP recovery). Then you get corruption gear with regen in combat and last healing engram with does the same thing and this will make you nearly unstoppable (upgrade your gear along the way).
If you want to be even more efficient you can get elemental magic and weapons once you learn enemy weaknesses. Buffs and debuffs are strong, too. But Healing, Dark Magic and Close Combat is all you need to beat the last boss on Crysis.
That one annoyed me too, i found out after a bit of fustration:
If you have glasses from train side-quest in chapter 2 you will just see the corridor. You should keep them on anyway so you can find secret bosses in some dungeons because they drop very good gear.

I guess the skill Third Eye is what will allow me to see secret paths. I'll give it a try once I farm enough souls. Thanks!

The simplest way to clear the first boss on Crisis is to grind to Lv9 and get the AoE Fire. You'll 1shot the mobs and muder the boss in like 1 or 2 more hits assuming you made a new weapon.

Playing on Crisis is basically just a loop of finding out what the boss you're about to face is weak to, and then buying the strongest skill to handle it.

So where in this thread does it talk about the error message of the honey picture (it shows up when you do the teacher hentai scene).

alternatively instead of playing on crisis, the difficulty designed for second play throughs to give the allusion of an actual RPG game with challenge and meaningful mechanics once the novelty of porn is over go... play an actual rpg. emulate skies of arcadia or something. smh.

Not that guy but i beat first boss at level 4 on normal. Then after that i kinda want to change the MC base perks so i started a new game...on crysis difficulty lol. And oh boy this shit remind me of old school JRPG in terms of grind and resources management. I spent 1 hour save scumming against the slime on the first room just to level up lol. Retreat when there's 2 of them and reload if get killed, i mean at first this guy can kill me in just 2-3 hits. Now i know why domination rose really slow and beating the boss will reduce it by a whooping -30. You need at lot of healing items at the start on crysis mode just for grinding levels.

Faster to just run from battle, walk behind the mob and start battle again. This way you can always have the extra first turn, and you can keep running until you get the right mob combination. Basically do this whenever you need to grind, not just the slimes at the start.

Is there any content on Kagura's release that wasn't in the original JP? Beat the game already using MTL before this, ver 1.22

The lab should just be open and in the list of locations after the scene that locks the outdoor mall.
So how do you unlock the lab if it doesn't appear in the map list but the mall is closed? Is there some npc to talk to or something?

There's no mission in the info tab.
