I think that Corruption is one way only, there is no item that I can see on my completed game, that allows you to reduce corruption. You can reduce Miasma, but that's about it.
Some corruption isn't a bad thing, it can unlock Dark based skills (behind the gate on right side of Memoria's area) and there are some items you can craft that are pretty good. On my first play through, I had about 50 or 60 corruption and was able to complete the game just fine.
Once you beat the main story, your corruption will never rise above 90 (so, so you can slut it up as much as you want), but while you are still going through the main story you need to watch your corruption or it's a game over.
There are no items that reduce corruption that I remember, but completing missions reduces corruption, and that includes the repeatable side missions of beating up a few enemies if I remember correctly. I'm not 100% sure, it's been a while since I did my full run. It might just be main missions that reduce corruption.
Because the corruption isn't just about you, it's also about how corrupt everyone else is. So defeating enemies helps stem the tide of corruption, and on the other hand, losing missions results in more corruption because they spread it more unopposed.

I've tried to go to the park and the fact is that she gets full naked here but not in other conditions.
I've tried to restart a new game with a new version, the last save is done in the 1.05 and now I've downloaded the 1.07.

Because the mod supposedly has a bunch of cool stuff that makes the game harder and more interesting by making statuses more involved ... I think. I heard about it a while back and have been meaning to try it, but haven't gotten around to it yet. Hopefully someone else will clarify my vague recollections.

I'm pretty sure it doesn't, but only if you install it right, in the right version. For one thing I'm pretty sure you specifically need the Chinese version of the game. If you want more details you can look up specifics, but it does work because I remember people talking about it and the cool stuff it added.
