Probably because designing HRPGs is hard. When your Hstats start to affect combat in major ways, you have to balance pure runs, eventual slut runs, turboslut runs against each other.

i made a game with older RPG maker for my college assignment back then
and it's... harder than you expected
even a short, 4 hours length game that only used existing assets (sprites, art, effects, etc), took us almost a semester to finish with a team of 3
granted, we were total amateurs, so that also included our trial and error
if you have ideas for a game, please do post it or gather a team to make it a reality
we will be watching your career with great interest
tl;dr : designing a game is hard, and this game is already above average porn RPGMaker game standards in the market, so it deserves the high rating

Next step is to go to the secret club. You have to talk to a student in the 2nd floor if I remember correctly, or it is with a video you receive and the photography club+Memoria.
The missing nurse quest is tied with the Secret club.

If I remember correctly, it unlock before the last boss (underbase). You can learn some light spells from your mother.
where is the ovulation drug, i swear i bought it somewhere but now i cant find it. i already got little memoria if that means anything
Steps for Missing Nurse Quest:
- Go to class. Afterwards, get video message at home.
- Talk to Memoria about video, then talk to photography club about video.
- At night, talk to people in Downtown back alley, then go further back to find Secret Club. Accept job offered at Secret Club.
- During evening/night on a day after the one you accepted the job, work at Secret Club. Afterwards, you should be able to take a key from a guy outside.
- During Morning/Noon, enter the basement of Secret Club behind the counter. Complete the area to complete the quest.
In the door at the Station with 3 floor options, 1F sells it.
