It's a pretty long game, I haven't played through it "normally" in a long time.

You need like 10 strength and the hammer. If you have the earplugs then you cannot break the door because you traded the hammer for the earplugs.
There's an ending, but I want to add two more paths to said ending before I consider it complete.

I don't do public releases.
Older version go to the $1 tier whenever I release something new. So now the first version of Down the Road is in the $1 tier while the latest version of MaM is in $10.
Technically you're not allowed to do public releases on Patreon, any links to adult content is disallowed. I know a lot of people do it and they're probably not enforcing it super hard, but that's the reason I don't do the public releases.

Does the latest update of MaM have an ending, or will the ending be in the next update? Loved the game and have been playing it since yesterday, now that you will be adding 2 more paths to the ending, will it be possible to see all paths without having to restart the game from the beginning?

Yeah, there's an ending scene, all paths will have the same common end scene.
Yes, there's a prompt that tells you that you're starting the endings, you can save before then and reload at that point to try the other paths. Alternatively you'll be able to replay the endings from the gallery, though that is not implemented yet.
