Whenever I try to download from Nixdrop there are always ADs and all the things and download never starts. Can anyone share me how to proceed from here or any app or website so for mixdrop I can directly copy paste the link of game and download from there

Mixdrop does that... UBlock helps there, but there's 5 links available not counting the one for compressed version...

I'm going to assume that the MC of the future story doesn't share LIs with the one of the current story.
I'm also going to assume that the current MC's side stories won't happen during the future MC's story.
Now the question. Is a harem game or not?
As I said, this is a prologue - every character shown is either someone's main LI or main character in their own games.
So yes, there will be a new story.
You assumed right but they'll have their own arc with MC, not as LIs but supporting cast.
There will be options given, as in "Play as <This character> or "continue with MC."
Though it won't be a necessary read, you'll know about their lives in more fleshed out way.

I like the immersion, and playing a character other than the MC usually kills it.
I'm not a big fan of choosing, so this game is unlikely to interest me.
Rarely do I find a VN with this quality of production and writing. I want to say up front that this VN has really captured my interest, but the sister is NOT my type. Somehow the option to pursue xiomara seems to have been removed. If there is some prior choice that caused this I'd greatly appreciate knowing where I went wrong. Failing that I'm really not interested in further play. Really feels like a bait and switch.
