UPDATED AND CLEANED UP LIST: After a couple comments (and a couple DMs), I cleaned up the list, and made several additions. Hopefully it's a little easier to read. Enjoy!
I personally really enjoy male on futa and male on dickgirl in games, but there didn't seem to be any big recommendation threads or lists like there are for other fetishes. So I figured I'd make one.
These are all the games I've found and played, and brief thoughts on whether they're worth playing for people who have similar interests. It's a list I'm always looking to add to, so feel free to drop any that aren't on here, because I'm always looking for more to try out. Most of these are not exclusively male on futa, and many feature futa on male as well, just fair warning. Also, not really many hentai or anime style games represented here just because it's not an art style I'm drawn to, but if you've got good recommendations, drop em in the comments.

The Best (in no particular order):
- Lunar's Chosen (3DCG) Status: In Progress. Ok, I know I said know particular order, but this one is kind of my favorite. Decent story, very sexy characters. Amy is basically what spurred the hunt for these types of games and the eventual creation of this list; a ongoing search for anything similar to Lunar's Chosen. ( PTGames behold, the monster you've created.)
- Exiles (3DCG) Status: ABANDONED (all caps because I'm slightly salty about it.) The game has shockingly funny plot and dialogue. Also one of the hottest male on futa scenes I've seen. Downside is that it's functionally abandoned. Dev has apparently hinted in Discord that it's still being worked on, but I wouldn't hold out too much hope. Still worth playing. Astrid is best girl. All other opinions are objectively wrong.
- Inner Demons (3DCG) Status: In Progress. For when you get tired of waiting for Exiles to update, try this one. Similar vibes, and some dommy amazon-type women who are secretly subs definitely scratches a very specific itch. Just look at the preview images to see if it's a character style you'll enjoy. Personally think it has some of the steamiest dialogue.
- The Shrink (3DCG) Status: In Progress. This one is a guilty pleasure. Whatever plot once existed gives way to barely contrived reasons for characters to bone, but the characters are hot, the dirty talk is great, and I'm not complaining. Downside is the dev is currently overhauling the entire thing and the "remaster" definitely has its ups and downs.
- WVM (3DCG) Status: In Progress. Very attractive trans LI. Only downside is every girl (and holy cow, there's a lot of girls) seems to have the same "pursed lips" expression the entire time, but otherwise it's very good.
- Summertime Saga (2DCG)Status: In Progress. It's just one of many potential LI's that has the option of being a dickgirl, but her story is actually really nice. Plus the rest of the game is excellent as well. Honestly, you've probably already heard of or played it, but it belongs here anyway.
- Wild Life (3DCG) Status: In Progress. Full disclosure, I didn't really progress the actual game at all, just immediately went to the sandbox, which wasted a lot more of my time than I'm proud of. Gets fairly consistent updates with new poses and animations
- UFO (3DCG) Status: In Progress. Heavy mommy-kink themes. The models of the women are amazing. The MC looks like a goblin. UPDATE: Latest update steers hard into unavoidable futa on male, with hints that that may be the direction the game is going moving forward. If that's the case, this may get bumped down to "The Rest."
- Lust Academy (3DCG) Status: In Progress. An already fun game with a lot of really attractive character models. The futa LI is just the icing on the cake. Basically Horny Harry Potter, and the Hermione stand-in is actually modelled really well.
- Futa Oasis (2DCG) Status: In Progress. In a world of RENPY games all reusing the same assets as each other, this one really stands out with its unique art style. Plus new update makes it a LOT less grindy. An art-deco adventure into a desert commune of futas. Just be careful they don't turn you into one.
- Fetish Locator (3DCG) Status: Complete. The whole game is hot, and like the name suggests, has a ton of different fetishes and story-affecting decisions.
- The New Me (3DCG) Status: Abandoned. Some of the hands-down hottest models and renders I've seen, with several top-notch fully-animated sex scenes. This getting Abandoned will forever be one of the ultimate tragedies.
- S.H.E.L.T.E.R.: An Apocalyptic Tale (2DCG) Status: Complete. Another solid contender for art style alone, plus the fact that's actually a pretty good game. Very sexy animations.
- Weekend Lollygagging (3DCG) Status: Complete. Surprisingly intricate for being a short tie in to a different game, but definitely worth checking out. Even a certain degree of replayability.
- Final Spell (3DCG) Status: ongoing. Outstanding models. Story and dialogue are kind of all over the place. If you have played this before and are just checking the new update, START A NEW GAME. The dev has now added the option to split the game experience between male on futa and futa on male, and has added a LOT of new scenes as a result. As of current build, absolutely worth your time.
- Sinful Life (3DCG) Status: Ongoing. Not sure how I missed this one, but it's definitely worth a look. In terms of actual game-play and overall quality, it's probably a little more mid, and the story and dialog aren't really polished... but the models are great and the sex scenes alone get it bumped up to the best. Several shemale characters to bone, although be warned, there's at least one unavoidable futa on male encounter if want the dickgirl path.
- First Date (3DCG) Status: Complete? Seems pretty self-contained, so I don't know if the dev has more planned or not. Very short, but very nice. The LI has the option of being trans, and regardless of your choice, she's got a great character model and is delightfully submissive.
- Lewd Gym (2DCG) Status: Complete. You go to a gym, you boink the monster girls. One of the trainers is a futa. Was a little torn about putting this in the "best" category, as it's kinda of grindy and the game file is HUGE, but it's fully voiced, and pretty sexy. Give it a go, it might be your thing. Plus, even the grind involves sex, so it's not like other games that blue-ball you endlessly to get anywhere.
- Stellar Dream (2DCG) Status: Ongoing. Same dev as S-H-E-L-T-E-R. Same great art. Same hot milfy characters to bone. Latest update added a mechanic/quest to turn one of the love interests into a futa, and it's extremely good. Definitely worth your time.
- Corruption of Champions II (2DCG/Text Based) Status: Ongoing. An outstanding, surprisingly addictive game. Used to be Flash-based, thankfully no longer. Normally I avoid text-based games like the plague, but this one has writing that is top notch, and enough pictures in there for good measure that your imagination won't have a hard time filling in the blanks. The writing is sexy, the characters are sexy, the wiki for it is extremely helpful, and it comes with a handy "story mode" setting that lets you nerf the battles if you like, which removes the grind from the game. A lot of reading, but ultimately worth it, IMO, and it has enough variation that you can indulge pretty much any kink you've got. (Yes, I know there's the first one too. No, I probably won't ever play it.)
- True Facials (3DCG) Status: In Progress. The new update/overhaul to TrueFacials kinda came out of nowhere with a ton of futa stuff. Still has a lot of bugs and kinks that need to be worked out, including a truly horrific frame-rate. BUT, still worth it IMO to see your favorite characters boning. Will hopefully see more characters added to the roster, along with much-needed optimization.
The Rest
- Schleepover (3DCG) Status: Complete. Short, sweet, charming. A lot of fun in a small package. There's a joke in there somewhere. Honestly, really good, just short.
- Cummy Bender (2DCG) Status: Complete. If only Korra had been put in her place at some point during the actual show.
- Castaways (3DCG) Status: In Progress... but not really. Been a while since an update. Weird looking models that the dev has since updated after getting blowback. Still very early. Still very buggy.
- Fate of Mirador (3DCG) Status: In Progress... technically. By the same person who made The Shrink, but with different writers, and apparently there's a kerfuffel behind the scenes, so who knows if it's actually still in development. More story-focused. Also a LOT longer between updates.
- Family Affair (3DCG) Status: In Progress. Attractive and interesting renders, light on story. Starts out heavily male on futa/trans, but as updates progress, has steered quickly in the other direction.
- Come Home (3DCG) Status: In Progress. It's not a bad game, and fairly in-depth. I just personally didn't like the character design of the trans LI.
- Warlock and Boobs (2DCG)Status: In Progress. Fair warning, most of the futa content in this game is futa on male, but there are notable exceptions.
- Dreamwriter (3DCG) Status: Abandoned. No longer being developed, but a decent amount of content worth mentioning, including a very attractive trans LI.
- Starship Inanna (3DCG) Status: In Progress. Optional futa love interest.
- Power Vacuum (3DCG) Status: In Progress. This game is actually absolutely top tier, but there technically isn't any male on futa yet, although it's being hinted at pretty heavily.
- Roundscape Adorevia (2DCG) Status: Complete. The scenes and characters are hot. The only reason it's down here is, frankly, I didn't like the gameplay. But that's just me. Never been a huge fan of RPGM style games as much. Still gets updates now and then.
- Behind the Dune (2DCG) Status: Complete. The game is actually really good. But male on futa content in it is nominal at best.
- Frozen Past (3DCG) Status: In Progress. No full male on futa yet, just being heavily telegraphed. Long time between updates though, and the updates themselves are pretty anemic.
- How to Fix the Future (3DCG) Status: In Progress. Full disclosure, no sex yet with the trans LI, although it looks like it will be soon. I just really like her character model for some reason.
- Honey Kingdom (2DCG) Status: In Progress. Leans more towards femboy types. Not my particular interest, but still worth noting.
- Homelander (3DCG) Status: In Progress. I really like the character models, and even the story a little bit. Comedically long times between updates, but the dev gives extremely regular weekly updates, which is more than most do. Could get bumped up to "The Best" depending on the next update that drops.
- Cumona Beach (3DCG) Status: In Progress. Not a LOT going on in yet, but the characters actually have a sliver of depth to them, which is nice. Slow burn with the trans LI
- Stay at Home (3DCG) Status: Complete. Won't lie, the renders are a little rough, but hey, animations!
- Your Place (3DCG) Status: In Progress. Not much content yet, but has decent potential.
- Life Happened (3DCG) Status: Abandoned. Optional side plot with a futa LI. Had a lot of promise but the Dev let it go.
- Personal Trainer (3DCG) Status: Complete. Optional side plot with a trans girl. The rest of the game is pretty good too.
- Unnatural Instinct (3DCG) Status: In progress. Not much there yet.
- Sex Valley (2DCG) Status: In progress. Another game with good scenes, but lengthy amounts of RPG gameplay to get there.
- Transsexual Stepmom (3DCG) Status: In Progress. Technically. It's a buggy mess that may or may not be abandoned, but the stepmom IS kinda hot.
- Lustia Sexfight of the Realms (2DCG) Status: In Progress. One futa side-character. Dev has expressed an interest in more. A little grindy at the moment, and leans heavily on text vs art.
- Girls of Bluerock Bay (2DCG) Status: Abandoned? Dev released one update to keep things from being completely abandoned, and said update was like three images. A lot of potential here, but not much content yet. Basically a side-project for a commission artist, so no idea how if they're ever going to continue it.
- Transexeducation (3DCG) Status: Abandoned. Which is probably for the best. Weird scripting. Some of the models and renders are jarringly bad.
- Starless: Nymphomaniac's Paradise (2DCG) Status: Complete. Beautiful art, but definitely not for everyone. Gets really dark and twisted very fast depending on your choices.
- The Pilot (3DCG) Status: In Progress. It's actually pretty good, but just didn't quite get me to the point of putting it on the Best. Also, somehow a star wars parody as the best Mass Effect sex scenes I've seen in a while. Figure that one out.
- Oppaidius Desert Island (2DCG) Status: Complete. Kind of an odd, hand-drawn vibe that actually works pretty well. One of the monstergirls is a futa. A little grindy, and the UI is a mess, but better than you'd expect.
- Robbery and Punishment (3DCG) Status: Compete. A five minute long game that's unusual only in that's one of the few spodvohom games that's both actually done and also lets you be the one on top of the dickgirl.
- The Revolution (3DCG) Status: Abandoned. Another sad case of a promising premise abandoned too soon.
- Unconventional Gym (2DCG) Status: Complete. An equal amount of futa on male and male on futa.
- Phasmohentai (3DCG) Status: In Progress. One of the LI can be a futa on command depending on the player preference. EDIT: Newest updates have dumped a TON of clown girls into the game for whatever reason, and about half of them are dickgirls.
- Futanari Universe (3DCG) Status: In Progress? Same developer as UFO. Uncertain of direction or future. Put out two small updates and then the game went on hold. Could be great, might go nowhere.
- Twisted World (3DCG? idk, it's anime) Status: Ongoing. A LOT of content, if you don't mind the MC design. Overall, I'm not a huge fan of the art design/engine, but that's more just personal preference than a comment on the quality.
- Locked Away (3DCG) Status: Abandoned. It's a shame because it has some nice character models and two pretty sexy male on dickgirl scenes, so still worth including imo.
- Star Mars (3DCG) Status: Ongoing. On the one hand, it's got decent character models, fun little interactions, and the writing isn't terrible. On the other hand, it's primarily focused around futa on male content, but with the latest update you do get to be on top of at least one of the futa characters so far, presumably more in the future. Also the dev keeps trying to lock things behind paywalls, so just be aware of that.
- Breeders of The Nephelym (3DCG) Status: In progress. Per abysstheheavens : sandbox sex style gameplay but a bit grindy, furry/monstergirl warning for anyone who cares about things like that, furry is toggleable in settings. as a bonus, choosing a male character has you topping any futas you tame unless they've added futa on male animations since the last time I played
- Midlife crisis (3DCG) Status: In Progress. Lots of other things going on in this game, but one of the characters the MC can bone is trans. Overall not a bad game.
- Jenni's Dong Has Got It Going On: The Trilogy. (2DCG)Status: Complete. It's a glorified flash game, but the art is great and it has a lot of replayability for multiple endings.
- Translucydity (3DCG) Status: Complete. Can play as either the pre-ops trans girl or the priest. A little on the vaguely creepy side, imo, but you might enjoy it.
- Housex: Shemale Version (RealPorn) Status: Complete. Pretty much exactly what the title says, and kind of underwhelming. It's just screen grabs and short videos of actual people pornstars.
- Trouble iN The aRena: (3DCG) Status: In Progress. Debated putting this here or not. It's a game where a futa yandere is cucking you out of jealousy? All futa on female right now, but dev has said they're open to the idea of the MC finally giving the futa character the dicking they desire.
- Generations: (2DCG) Status: In Progress. A crewmember is a monstergirl/faun futa. Not much actual content yet. Heavily implied you will be impregnating said faun girl at some point.
- Welcome to Vaniar (3DCG) Status: In Progress. Not much content yet. One of the paths features a futa demon, but that's where the current update ends.
- Futa Dating Simulator (3DCG) Status: In Progress. Early stages, with a lot of variety being promised, but not a lot delivered yet. Art, models, and animation all feel very dated. Get strong potential paywall vibes from this one as well, but is still worth at least glancing at.
- A Futa-Rticle Status: (3DCG) Abandoned... although I think it's technically complete. It's just super freaking short. Fast little VN where you fuck a futa in a library. Pretty linear, english is poor, but otherwise not bad.
- Fair Princess Under Futa Curse (3DCG) Status: Complete (But in severe need of a bugfix). Short, glitchy game with an attractive futa princess. Male on futa and futa on male.
- Travel to Naal (3DCG) Status: Abandoned. Another RPGM style game. Have not actually played personally, but my understanding is it does include male-on-futa scenes.
- Aria: The Rookie (2DCG) Status: Complete. Anime style game/VN, where one of the romanceable girls is a futa
- Celebrating Our Differences (RealPorn) Status: in-progress. Uses actual trans porn stars for the story. All the content is either trans on trans or male on trans.
- Reaper's Anal Rodeo (2DCG) Status: Complete. Short flash game. You have the option of making Reaper trans. However, it's an SWF file so you can only play it if you've found a workaround for Adobe Flash getting nuked, or if you just play it on ruffle.
- Your Place (3DCG) Status: In Progress. Primarily a femdom/futadom and malesub game. There is some male on futa content if you're willing to wade through the mostly futa-on-male interactions. Lots of dubcon, and MC is frequently getting pushed around or abused. Might be your thing, might not be.
- Braveheart Academy (and it's sequel) (3DCG) Status: Complete. Not played myself, but according to reviews and user Antosha it has some trap/dickgirl content that's worth exploring. Might not get around to it personally, as traps aren't really my thing, but they might be yours!
- Trials in Tainted Space (2DCG/Text Based) Status: Ongoing. Same developer as Corruption of Champions II, but for some reason, I just cannot get into this one as much. Same art, same vibes, very similar vibes to CoC2, but in addition to a more complicated interface and some cluttered mechanics, it just feels a lot less engaging and a lot more grindy and confusing. Could be 100% personal preference though. Still has the same great writing for the sex scenes if you're willing to use a little imagination.
- The Incubus (2DCG/VN) Status: Complete. Ok, not a game, just a VN, but I actually kind of enjoyed it, you might too. Japanese translation to english is a little goofy, but the pictures are pretty hot.
- Heritage (3DCG) Status: Ongoing. Very heavy on incest and lactation themes. Honestly... I feel like I should hate this game, but I actually really like it, and kind of hate myself for liking it. The models aren't conventionally attractive but I really enjoyed them. The story is contrived and stupid... yet it's more original than most of the ten billion "tenant/landlady" games on here, so I gotta give it credit for that. Depending on how the updates roll out, could potentially be a contender for "the best," even if my least proud choice for it.
- It's Just a Game (3DCG) Status: Ongoing. Very strong start for a brand new game, game opens right out of the box with a very sexy male-on-futa scene... but then that character disappears for the rest of the first release. Still, future updates could make it great.
- Family Trouble (3DCG) Status: Ongoing. A little rough around the edges and not the most polished game, but a surprising amount of content, including a lot male on futa/dickgirl content. Not a huge fan of the combat aspects, but it didn't get too grindy at any point. Still getting regular updates and additions on a fairly frequent basis too.
- X-Angels (2DCG) Status: Complete? Anime deck-building game. Not a lot to say about it, really. One of the heroines/villains is a girl who grows a dick if you pick the right paths, and it leads to a couple brief male-on-futa scenes.
- Ahri's Academy Adventures (2DCG/VN) Status: Ongoing. A quick, low-impact VN that's mostly just existing Magnetus art linked together with very minimal additional images, and it's pretty honest about that. Now, I freaking love Magnetus, but as far as games go, this one's definitely "The Rest" unless future editions really whip out something beyond images we've already seen..
- Bonetown (3D) Status: Complete. This one is an actual video game, and not in the lazy RPG-maker sense of the word. VERY "Leisure Suit Larry" in style, graphics, and in terms of how it's played. Has a dedicated area for futa girls you can get with. A little grindy at times, but also kind of funny. Main gripe is really just the extremely dated appearance, even if it's intentional.
- The Gilded Ladder (3DCG) Status: Ongoing. Honestly a little early to tell if this is going to be a banger. We've only just now gotten a proper male-on-futa scene, and the trans(?) LI is really attractive, but we'll see how much more we get.
- Seductive Shadows (2DCG) Status: Ongoing. Full disclosure, I haven't played this one yet. The art looks good, and there are apparently several trans and gay characters the MC can make it with if they so choose. Others here have played it and it seems to be pretty well-received.
- Taboo University (3DCG) Status: Ongoing. From the same folks who made Fetish Locator. Several trans characters you can pursue as the MC, plenty of content already. Not up in "The Best" category as it just seems to lack the punch that Fetish Locator had, and even though it's its own thing, it's hard not to compare the two. Still definitely worth your time.
- Milking Time (3DCG) Status: Ongoing. idk how closely this actually matches the criteria. Also, it's got a lot of pixel censorship and you will be doing a LOT of clicking. So if pixelated dongs are worth carpal tunnel then... go for it?
- Maid Harem with Futa (3DCG) Status: Complete. A short, unpolished Chinese(?) VN that pretends to be a harem manager. Has a mildly interesting minigame mechanic and attractive renders. Very short. wish it was longer.
- Warlock of Lust and Total Seduction 2 (3DCG) Stauts: Ongoing. Both from the same dev, both seemed to be getting developed simultaneously. Have not played either personally. Apparently each has at least one trans character with a sex scene. Graphics looks like a sims kitbash, but the folks who play them seem to like them.
