You have to do each option available to her atleast once for the 5am phone call to trigger

I think when shes on the bed, theres like 2 options for her to play with her pussy (+1 if you have bought the dildo)

Also, as a side note, if you have the Platform Update for x64 versions of Windows 7, delete it. You can't install a 64-bit update on a 32-bit operating system.
