Lower your love score with her to 9, go to Neon, talk to her, and her building will appear. It's called Vault. You can go there at 22.00... And you can go further.

I've tried this and it doesn't work for me.

I would say that The Amy path is bugged. I have full stats for Veronica (minus the stars from Amy). For Amy I have 9 hearts, 3 stars. I've tried to raise and lower the hearts bur the event won't trigger.

Finally, good to know that this is finally going to be fixed, as I recall correctly, this buggered me to hell back when I way playing on .7.3 as well as I just straight up couldn't get it to work back then as I can't right now.

EDIT: On that note, would any person be so kind to edit my savefile as well then to actually set this proper, as I have no clue on how to edit those saves manually

Open your save with note pad search for <Name>discovered_the_vault</Name>
and check it reads

works fine for me! with or without electronic tooth brush you just have to click on sink choose 1st option.
