A lot of people have had this issue

1st - Have you used the cheat app to max everything, if you have unfortunately that could be the cause because cheating to the extend can cause bugs.

2nd - what version of the game are you playing, latest is 0.8.0c
3rd - if you are playing 0.8.0c then try by using the cheat app on the phone to lower Amy's love to 9 and repeat the drinking scene with her.
4th - if that doesn't work, check Amy's pictures in the Gallery App on the phone if you don't see pictures 2-8 but instead see a padlock, it means that the dream scene with Amy and veronica didn't trigger and I've come to believe that is important to the "give a drink to Amy" scene.
5th - if all else fails try giving this a go -

Your English seems fine Brother How many stars doe's Veronica have? she needs to be on 11 to continue with Amy

A lot of people have had this issue

If I were a betting man, I'd say Veronica's stars are at 17. If so, that scene at Neon won't trigger and all he'll be doing is having drinks with Amy at Neon..

Hey guys, this might be a stupid question (relatively far into the game I think?) but when exactly does Aunt Emma show up? I remember a conversation about her way near the beginning of the game and that she was at the gym or something but she's still yet to make an appearance. Any idea what's up?

Well, no need to wait. As soon as you overhear your mother talking with her, you can visit her in gym/spa centre.
Advancing with Veronica that far takes few weeks, and you can overhear mom and Emma somewhere on start of her route.

Veronica 17 stars, i used the cheat to unlock all scenes e not have a dream with veronica and amy, i decreased amy love to 9 but still not working to have another drink with her =( my save is corrupted ?

Try this fix posted by @Sycho
So, open your save in Notepad, (make sure you quit the game to the main menu screen). Do a search for: <ID>3</ID>.
Scroll down until you see <Name>Special</Name>.
Change this: <Value>17</Value> to this: <Value>11</Value> and save the file (but don't close Notepad yet).
Now reload your game and go to Neon and talk to Amy. After you've returned home with Veronica at 4:30,
save your game and go back to the main menu screen again.
Now change <Value>11</Value> back to <Value>17</Value>,
save the file and exit Notepad then reload your game.

Your to far on for the dream but you can get the pictures once you have finished everything else by using the cheat on the phone and ckicking all memories

well i change the value to 11, its work, i tell with amy working vary well, 4:30 go back home with veronica, save the game, close the game, set value to 17 again, save but when i open the game again e load the save its rollback to a previous save. i deleted all the others saves, ahve just the only new save, buts its rollback to a older save.

it may have picked up the auto save so startn the game open the phone and ckick load (the up arrow) then choose the save that you altered and play a while then save again

On Sunday have breakfast with everyone and agree to go to the beach, don't invite anyone else and then go with or check on Mom/Clair , can't recall which it was, and do all the options that are open, might have to go the beach with her multiple times to complete them.

Yes this is not one of those games where you can pick a favorite and ignore all the others.
