With or without the patch there will still be sex in the game. Veronica, Claire, Ashley and Emma wouldn't be related to the MC if the patch wasn't being used.
As an aside, you can change the relationships from something else other than family members (with the patch) or roommates (without the patch) by changing that information in the mapping file itself.

First you need to have been caught by Veronica peeking in on Claire in her room. Then (during breakfast on Saturday morning), Veronica will talk to Claire about going to the rooftop at noon on Saturday to tan.
Veronica's or Claire's hint will suggest you might get caught peeking in Claire's room because the rooms are close by each other. If the hint isn't suggesting that, either it's too soon or you may have passed that point. In which case your save would be needed in order to check.

Well, as said previously, Faerin is working diligently on MwM at the moment and has no immediate plans on revisiting MotH at present. But he has stated that when he does, DLCs would be made available through Steam.
