You can save and load games using the phone on the bottom right. There are up and down arrows on the bottom left of the phone screen to save and load.every time remove my last game . play new game (man of house ) game

Start a new game, then as soon as you can access the phone, click on the up arrow and load your "auto.sav". Next, click on the down arrow, click "empty slot" and give your save a name. Then click on the green check mark.

For dates look in OP, there is a link to walkthrough thread. There you can find a quickguide detailing the dates. neighbour for last event go in halway and to her appartment at 22.00 or bit later.

If this is your first time meeting her, go outside your apartment at 16:30. You should bump into her in the main hallway as she is moving in.
