Unity can run on Linux like we already run steam applications, Unity use "proton" as Steam do so... if we hace Steam for linux why not to try Unity? That's all i must say but i feel i'm kinda weird.... i'm still preffering Wine over Unity
What the hell are you talking about?
Please don't mix Unity, Wine, Steam and Proton.
First of all, Unity is a game engine like Ren'Py, Unreal, RPG Maker MV/MZ etc. The engine is able to compile games for multiple platforms as stated in my post before (Xbox, Windows, Mac, Linux etc..).
Steam is an online-distribution platform and not a game engine.
Wine is a compatibility layer running Windows applications (not an emulator like must people think) for UNIX systems (Mac and Linux). (Nothing to do with Unity or Steam.)
Proton is a fork of Wine made by Steam developers and used to support Windows games on Unix systems via Steam. (Basically it is Wine integrated into Steam in the same way as Lutris does.)
So, to play Windows-only games like MotH on your Linux computer you don't need Steam. Either use (plain) Wine or Proton.
