Here are all of the date guides (including the one for Ashley).And as for the office, as Cartageno mentioned, follow Claire's hints. She'll have forgotten her briefcase before going to work (which will allow you to unlock her office on the map).
To unlock the casino, do as Cartageno recommended. The location you find the flyer for the casino will be random.

kabir_07, the reason you can't see any hints for the superhero is because you can only track up to 8 people at any given time. So you'll need to uncheck one of the girls in your contacts list. I would recommend unchecking one of the girls who's futures you need to think about for the time being.
