This is the first time I've seen this issue reported. Did you by any chance make any changes to the flags or stats in your save either manually, using an online save editor or via a cheat engine at any point throughout your gameplay?
Nope, I just played the game as normal. When I looked at the hint for Sophia, it said that I should progress further with Ashley, but underneath it also said that I could do the Sunday lesson, because Ashley had come to see me in my room. I saved the game on Monday morning and haven't been back yet, but I suspect I may have skipped the first Ashley handjob as it's not hinting towards that. Unless there's an event between watching porn with her and getting the first handjob which I've forgotten.

Looking back through my saves, Thursday was when I triggered the first Sophia sauna event, then later that day was when the Sunday lesson was opened up, even though I had only just given Ashley the babydoll at that point and we hadn't watched porn together yet. Is the first lesson with Sophia always supposed to be a handjob or is there one before that which got skipped somehow? I don't remember the story well enough to be sure. Absolutely nothing. All I've done since starting the game is play it as intended. I wondered whether maybe I had progressed Sophia too quickly and missed some things with Ashley, but I don't think I actually missed many Ashley events, and I imagine the game is programmed not to let that mess up the sequence anyway.
You shouldn't get the interactions with Sophia from Ashley until later; Ashley 80/50 (or so), that's why I asked. I'll have to ask Faerin, but with his being knee-deep in his new game, I'm not sure I'll get a response anytime soon.
Thanks. I was planning to do that anyway. This is why I save every day, in case I mess something up and have to redo it, but it seems this time the game did something weird. I was playing around with my Thursday save, the day I first saw Sophia in the sauna, and it doesn't seem to matter how much or little I do with Ashley that day, as long as I do the sauna event Ashley will always come into my room to invite me to the Sunday lesson. The sauna event with Sophia is unrelated to Ashley's story, it's mostly a side quest to corrupt her a bit more (even though she is tied to Ashley's storyline). To put it another way, you could do all of Ashley's story (except one of her endings) just by doing anything with Sophia last. Though she would be required for minor parts of other character's storylines.
The sauna event is unrelated to Ashley's story, but it leads to the first Sunday lesson with the two of them, and that only makes sense if Ashley's story has progressed to a certain point. The weird issue I'm experiencing is that I'm getting invited to the lesson when I've got nowhere near far enough with Ashley for it to make sense. From what people are saying, the game shouldn't be triggering this until Ashley's numbers hit a certain point, but I'm getting it early for some reason. It's not a big deal as I can go back to my Sunday save and wait to do the lesson until the correct point in the story, but I can't help but be curious what caused the game to break this sequence.
I'm at a loss myself. I've compared both of your saves and I'm not seeing any abnormalities in the flags. The stats are the same (for Sophia at least) in both saves, so it's hard to take a guess as to what might have caused that to happen. That's not to say weird things can't happen, we see it on rare occasions, but this is one of those unusual ones that we've never ran into before that I can remember. Still, it shouldn't hamper your ability to complete the game in its entirety. If you do happen to run into a similar issue like that again, please attach a copy of your main save and your auto save before the ten minute time frame kicks in. A new autosave is generated every 10 minutes, so that should give us a "before" and "after" to look at.
I'm not actually a dev, but I have worked with Faerin for several years; specifically testing and tech/game support. I don't know how much use I could be, but I'll certainly try.
