Nope. They are the last photos for that achievement. "Sophia's ass"
They are candid photos taken from an angle over the top of the changing booth (Guessing they are taken by Ashley while shopping)

However, the U.S. has a law against "obscenity", which has only really successfully been prosecuted when the sex includes coprophilia, necrophilia, bestiality, incest or rape. The law is very narrow in practice - the obscenity must be intentional and offensive, and possession is not illegal, but exhibition and distribution is. So that's why they're going after incest games - they don't want to get in hot water with the Eye of Sauron (FTC).

As a final note, I found myself needing to use the walkthrough more so than I normally do with games. That's not necessarily a bad thing but some events can be difficult to trigger when casually playing. Things like needing to be in a certain room at a certain time to get a text or needing to sleep after the club incident to trigger the dream (my first play, I stayed up through the next day and it didn't trigger). I think that having a bit more flexibility with some of these events would be nice.

Yeah, that's what I don't like: too much repetition and grinding and there's a good probability you're even missing a lot of scenes. Meh :\

Exactly! On my first play, I missed the photos of Veronica doing chores in normal clothes because it never really dawned on me to blackmail her before I got the maid outfit because I had been completing them before she woke up.

Now I have all characters at 100% EXCEPT for Ashley because I can't figure out how to get the photos of Sophia and since I've already completed the 6.0 content, I fear that I can no longer get them. It's incredibly frustrating.

Some events are really counter intuitive, but as long as that are some, and not like BB, the hole first act. I like it.
To be honest, I don't get peaople who wants 100% in one playtrhough. I prefere games, where you need multiple playthroughs to get all content. From a design perspective Final Fantasy X-2 is a good game in this regards, you have to play it at least three times, before you got the 100%. Also I would like, if games like Man of the House would have different endings. One solo for every of the main characters and three different harem endings family exclusive/excluding and including.

So far, there is one event I can't seem to trigger and couldn't find anything about it in the walkthrough... There are 2 photos of Sophia in the mall changing room (where Ash sent photos from, I think). I have no idea how to get those and would be grateful for anyone to give me a tip with that

That's a tricky one. IIRC you need 5 hearts with Sophia, and you need to be in a specific place at a specific time. I'm going to say Foyer, 12:00 on Saturday, but don't quote me on that.
There's a chance that you need exactly 5 rather than 5-10, so try using the cheat feature.

You missed the first one and cannot get it anymore. I am pretty sure. You get it by being in the foyer at 12.00 on saturdays. when you have 20-30 hearts. Anymore specifics about how it triggers i'm afraid you would need to ask the dev.
last star is probably just sleep naked after watching horror movie. I think that gave 3 stars total.

Thanks for the tip... Tried it but no joy. Tried all rooms on all hours while Ash is shopping while set to 5 hearts. Maybe messed up because I already have 2 stars which can't be rolled back :S

Mutually exclusive content for multiple playthroughs is totally fine. The problem is when there is an achievement record which is not global. It leaves you with...

I'm afraid the game breaks if you do something before triggering that making it untriggerable.
Only way I see is to restart the game from the start to fix it, and try again. Until Faerin fixes whatever blocks it code wise.
