you cant join her in the exercise its only available on Saturday with full family, but you can help her in the exercise once you raise the mothers lust to 30

yeah when you start the new game go and talk to mom on the roof in the morning and she will tell you the location then go and check the map you will see new location, you can increase strength stat there and meet Sophia and Amy.

I believe the complaint is that this latest patch forces the "step-" prefix. Earlier version gave you the option to choose if it was there or not.

Screen resolution you use? Download it again and extract in new location then paste the save file from previous version then start the game.
