Only at start Up Menu where u can choose either to play windowed 1368 x or full screen 1600 x 900

You can also hold down the ALT and ENTER keys to enable full screen! I know thats not what he asked but if he was looking to get full screen ALT+ENTER

I unchecked the windowed box but don't see 1600 x 900
