You get asked in the beginning, if you want to have those values fixed or not. "I am only here for the porn, disable management".
Now you can do the following: Open the phone in the game and click the shady-figurine-icon (cheat menu), there you can fix the values then.

The cheats console unlocks after you have completed the tutorial and received the "Learning the ropes" achievement.

Here is your fixed save back. Claire's achievements are now at 100%. Overwrite your original save with this one, then click the up arrow on the phone to load the fixed save.

In order to spank Veronica, you need to give her a chore to do, then check on her at noon and take her to your room.
thanks but it's right there the problem if I talk to veronica in her room or in the dining room kicks me out, I guess I haven't done something yet

The game already has a built-in hint system, and the walkthroughs are outdated and obsolete.

If you hover your mouse over the girls portraits at the bottom of the screen it will give you a hint as to what to do next
You need to spy on Veronica in her bedroom at 23:00 and then go to bed and she will call you then just follow the hints for each girl
