During the week, Claire has her solo yoga event at 06:00. On Saturday mornings, Claire, Ashley and Veronica have group yoga at 08:00.

In order to leave the door opened, go to sleep before midnight and set your alarm clock for 08:00. Depending on exactly what Claire's hint says, you need to either sleep naked or with boxers on. And to catch her coming to the bathroom to take her bath, take a shower at 19:30 (she always takes her evening baths at 20:00).

Most are for the side characters - Amy and Debbie are tied to Veronica, Sophia to Ashley, Wossname Horseface (the shrink) to landlady.
Also one additional ending can be unlocked by buying the pregnancy test from the pharmacy in the mall.

The compressed as well as official installer are installing game with incest patch despite not selecting the same. Is there any other way around to change the relationships in unity like renpy?

Open the "mapping.xml" file from the main folder in a text editor. Then you can exchange "mother" for "landlady" (or "priestess", if you so desire) and so forth.

Only a very limited and especially outdated one. Use the in game hints. There are cheat sheets for the dates and the quizzes if you struggle with them which you can find in this thread somewhere.

There are, but they are outdated and obsolete as there have been a few changes made prior to Steam release (with exception to the dates with some of the girls and emails you have to send). So none of the available walkthroughs reflect those changes. Having said that, there is a built-in hint system which allows you to track 8 different girls (including your MC) at a time. The hints provide some clues as to what you need to do and when/where.
