Move the game to another location (preferably with write permission).

I tell people if they're having problems to move the games folder onto desktop, then try playing it, some think it sounds stupid but it works most of the time.

NOt sure if this will help, but I have a folder on desktop GAMES, inside that folder I (obviously) put all my games into, each game has it own folder with the games Title. This keeps games from conflicting with each other, but for some reason that doesn't work out with a few games, until I move the Titled game folder onto desktop!

Sounds like you maxed out Ashley stats by using the cheats, unfortunately doing it that way will make you miss certain triggers which iare important to progress in the game, my recommendation is to lower them, starting my half and see if that works and if they are still not triggering lower them even further.

My affection and all stats is maxed with her and all the other girls, I finished the game (99%). All achievements unlocked exept this one. I guess it's a bug. Missing it at the right time may have locked this achievement ?

What at first for many was considered only a poor copy of another famous game, over time it has become (with merit) one of the most successful games of its kind. Renders, characters, UI, gameplay, all is wonderfully done!
Hope to see more about the blonde girl at gym and the redhead at the casino in the future.

I fixed the problem , i needed more love point from Sophia and the next saturday i got the message from ashley but Ashley still won't ask for more lesson , i tried lowering her love but it didn't change anything :/

Edit : Fixed everything , i had to get out of MC room during weekday at 15:00
