And as for Kathy, there was a time where she would give you a free "preview" when you visited her at the casino, but that has been removed from the game since there's no other content with her other than during your date with Veronica and when you get one of the collectables.

Yes, he'll be working on his third game starting next month.
It's unknown at this time as he hasn't decided yet on a title.
At one point in time he has to make a game "House of the Man" though. Dunno whether that fits the bodyguard theme that well but one day it has to come.
Hard to say if that's the plan at the moment as he's not announced anything yet regarding what the new game will be other than about a bodyguard. We're still in the middle of testing for Friday's release since that's the main focus right now, but we should know something soon.
