in the new game create a save with the same number that you have in the previous game, paste and overwrite the old one on the new one and that's it.

It depends a lot on the decisions you make really and whether or not you win the battles, because for example, when you meet Paradise in the third week on Thursday, if you lose the fights you have safe sex with his henchman, but you can avoid this by beating Paradase and his partner and then losing the fight alone against him in the park, that's an estimated maximum you can last virgin if you deny sex but if you lose that battle F.
From there the fastest you can lose your virginity is if you accept the relationship with michael and on monday of the second week you will have a mission with storm, another case is that you reject his relationship but if you have Mason, in that case you will lose it on tuesday.
But if:

• You accept the money from Jblue at the beginning, that money you use it correctly buying medic kit, vendage, protection and others.
• You train manila in the shooting range, and level up.
• You know the mechanics of the fights, and you are well equipped, so you can win all the fights and avoid rape,
• I almost forgot and you deny all corrupt sex decisions, only if you fulfill all that you can last virgin even for the end of the game.

Whether you have sex with John Die or not, the day after the lab is of no consequence really.
As for the Mason route, at the moment there is no such thing, personally I don't like Mason or Manila having boyfriends bro, but answering your question, I could say yes, but if I remember correctly, you have about 2 or 3 scenes with him afterwards, if you accept the relationship with him.

This is unlocked if you accept dinner with him and have sex, if I'm not wrong, but what I am sure is that you have to have dinner with him.
