I don't understand you guys first you don't like the fact that it's a kinetic novel and now I've added a simple map system to the game to make it more like a visual novel and you don't like it. And want back to kinetic?
It's not really a sandbox either, I can try to change it in a patch to make it easier to navigate
Hehe, you can't satisfy everybody.
It is good to listen to the community, but personally I won't take it "too" serious. It's good for the exchange of ideas and so on, but it could ruin your project at this early state as well if you try to implement everything that has been discussed.
Just do your thing and don't mind too much what every single person may, or may not want to have in "Your" project! At least at the beginning. If your "Project" has a stable state, and the story has unfolded you could begin to implement additional features/wishes.
Focus on the things "You" have initially planned and have good motivation for first. It's your project, work and creativity, not the other way around!
