Definitely yes even this alpha test version took almost a year to complete
Imagine how many times it will took for to make full version

You can't the limit is Quadruplets if you don't use additional files

I think it's possible that the rest of the game will come together faster, since it seems like the biggest parts are finished (pregnancy system, menus, some story quests and so on) though i do wonder if I'm just being hopeful or not.

Definently excited for this game.
