No worries. It happens as f95's image hosting is prone to derping now and then.
As for your issue, and I know you already mentioned that the system is in Japanese but, it still looks like a Locale Error. Are you absolutely sure your system locale is properly set? If not, I suggest reading this Tutorial and rechecking your steps: https://f95zone.to/threads/how-to-run-japanese-games-on-windows.1040/
Pay in particular attention System Locale For Non-Unicode Programs method. Let me know if this is an issue or not.
I thank you very much for the support, unfortunately I got again the same error. At this point I'm pretty sure it is the local error but I'm not capable of checking it. The guide you linked made me think that I was missing crucial steps in installation, so it is very useful.
Anyway, I set japanese language even before re-download the game and I attach the screen just to be sure that I'm speaking about the right setting:
(If it's not showed I re-go with imgur)
Then I downloaded even Daemon Tools as the guide told me but actually it's not clear what I have to dowith it (I give it a try but I cannot upload any file from the game folder I just downloaded). I know I may be tiresome, but you got any advice?

No, I do not believe that is the correct setting! Operating system language setting and Operating system locale setting are two different things!
Take a look at the screenshot below: (Click on it to enlarge)
You need to go into your: Control panel > Clock and Regions > Change Date Time and Number Formats > Administrative
And then under Language for non-Unicode programs you need to click "Change System locale..." and then select "Japanese(Japan)".
If you did it right, your PC will ask for a restart! Once restarted go back into the region setting and confirm that you are now in Japanese locale. It should display the language tag like it does in the screenshot I attached above ^
You absolutely do not need to change your OS language for these games to work properly. You can switch that setting back to your preferred language! Like I said above, locale setting is not operating system language setting. Both are two separate things! I hope this helps!

I like the game but the MC is Just pushing it now wanting your wife to have an affair is extremely dangerous territory. Especially with a former lover. Having a fantacy like that is fine but wanting to make it a reality is just insane.
I personally disliked to last part where the other guy rapes MC's wife that seemed unnecessary and did not found it arousing at all.

I agree. That's why MArina saga stop in third game. And from the spin-off game Marina really in love with Ojiisama in the past. Glad MArina is mature and wise enough for her family

Yes of course, you can either use Wine or a VM. Look it up, there's some guides out there. I tried it on my laptop as well but since it's so shitty I ended up reinstalling Windows just for ero games lmao

Excuse me, what engine does this game are using? If it's the same one with what chapter 1 has then i can make it work on android.

Yes, both the first and the third game in the main series run on KiriKiri Engine. Only the second one runs on the messy Majiro Engine.
This third game is inferior to the second one.
the third one should have had the things that made the first and the second one great.
Things like the videos sent to the husband like in the second one, hidden sex like in the first one (closet or bed), ETC.

Just let it go. Atelier Sakura is no longer the old company that made story oriented games. That studio is long dead, just like Blizzard Entertainment. What is now, is just a soulless cash grab business. Even if the series is picked gain in any form, it will most likely be dumpster porn level offering.
