I think you used unleash magic in skills, if so during no combat status go to skills --> magic --> restrain magic... u should be fine

Holy fuck! Losing 12 MP a turn for no reason at all when your max is 100 is a bit unacceptable.

And this says nothing to the FACT that your total MP determines how often you can be restrained.

u can go into water through a ladder just move in water u will come across another ladder to get back up, and u can find stairs down to clear that level

You have to go to the guild building and talk to the clerk, they'll give you the option to pay 2000 gold and unlock it in the inn basement
