Maybe. No one but the dev can say for sure. The game is a bit weird with stats anyway. Some people are getting Charm points from caress actions for example, whereas I never got even one in all the hundreds of times I've tried. At this point it doesn't even feel like it's random, so probably a requirement.

The science skill, but hacking is WIP so far, not much use for it outside of a couple of instances. For that, get the Handheld Computer from the General Store in Redhaven.

When you have exceeded six slaves or have no rope available, you cannot take them, even if you have won them in battle.

I learned it the hard way... MORAL: always check if you have enough rope (you buy it at the market) and how many slaves you have caged, before going hunting.

Maybe change the roll type in the settings? There is a three options

I find that you need to build their happiness and affection at least a little before taking them down to the dungeon. Just do request sex a few times first. With high skills normal affection is fine for bondage. With low skill I wait til at least amiable.

High level hacking is needed for MayLinn quest now
And I just can't do it with my relatively dumb char...

It works way better if you arouse them with Seduce before the bondage session
