some of the game mechanics is complete bs...why is it that when you use healing stuff,etc shows you fully healed AND then when you move into next battle screen your almost dead?
(refering to the win or game over part) the red bars SHOULD be at full NOT almost empty (come on)
also how does the pregnancy options work in this game so far all ive been able to do is knock up one chick i assumed that happened because i made her my wife so let me guess i have to divorce and mary another chock to knock her up and rinse/repeat ?

You can only have 1 son and 1 daughter with your wife. The rest will have inactive pregnancy even you divorce and marry other slaves.

It means they do what they're told to do. Like keeping his biblical feast days such as passover, first fruits, feast of unleavened bread, shavuot, Yom teruah, Yom kipper, Sukkot. And his new moons and sabbath. Keeping the moral obligations unlike those immoral Catholic who celebrate sol invictus birthday aka Christmass, Halloween, Eastern egg, saints day on there face. Can't see all saints day on the bible. And many nonsense. Praying in vain repetition such annoying practice, and just thinking like all they can do to go to heaven is just go to church in Sunday and the rest live your life whatever you like. No obligations to there own God, treating it like a gennie in the bottle. Literally no idea what they believe and didn't know that those apostle were Jewish Christians who practice those things just like Jesus did. Since they follow a Jewish messiah.

another complaint i have (fort sera) your on a mission to collect slaves for an organization meanwhile 90% of the guys you kill,etc dont have any slaves AND so i bought a couple of slaves to try and send to the organization and of course theres no way to add them (waste of money)

Bruh, that's why we have whipping cane. I'm pretty overpowered because I have godlike melee skill, I can literally 1 hit any bandit with leather armor. But I have 110% guarantee to incapacitate 1 bandit and capture it as a slave. Because every encounter I always capture 1 slave. Since you can only capture 1 slave per encounter lol.

Wanna see my captured slaves in Fort Sera? Lol

To get those benefits you have to increase your devotion, i.e. how much you believe in your religion. So, why would a different religion want to give you money or power if you aren't a member of their religion. Same goes for converting to another religion. Why would your old religion still care about you. You should lose all power and money from them. It would be like if the Pope converted to Islam. They'd be pretty mad you dumped them for another religion. Do you think the Catholic church would still be following him or allowing him access to the wealth and power of the church. I hope Grim doesn't allow hopping from one religion to another and keeping the benefits from them.

This is business relationship, only that institution is religious, you invested money and you get interest. But I get your point for balance of the game.

To celebrate Christmas or sabbath (or anything else) is a tradition. There is nothing wrong with it, but it hardly have any spiritual significance.
How you dress, what customs you observe and similar belong to a mortal world, nothing eternal about it, it will cease to exist with time, by it years or millennia.
So what is truly spiritual in a human?
Not to go at depth, Jesus spoke that only path to God is through love. Also, he said many times not to fear. I stated this simply to compare it to what is told in most churches.

Why not keep both?

Have enough spaces in the household for 'unique story slaves' (which you would increase as you bring out new ones - that way there will always be enough room)

And maybe keep the Retreat for the random/capturable slaves (or another building on your property) (but the idea would be to keep the two seperate, so they don't interfere with each other)

- Also, having the Retreat 'cutoff' from your household slaves so they can't influence eachother was handy (you can focus on training/improving a select group of uniques without the others influencing them)

-Main thing was to keep uniques & randoms separate, and to keep updating/increasing slots for uniques as you put them into the game.

Thoughts GD-Studios? Anyone else? (good / bad / alternatives?)

The potential overflow of afflicting traits after the retreat merger will be somewhat mitigated by the possibility to keep slaves on seperate levels/inside locked rooms. So, one could say that the retreat is getting replaced by another building on your property.

We'll see how the implementation goes in the final version, we're testing a couple of solutions at the moment.

You don't buy slaves to give to Fort Sera. You capture them from battles. Best to use melee, but you have very small chance to capture with a firearm. At Fort Sera you click on Faction Overview and there is a button for donating captured slaves.

I just started playing this game and I can't win a single roll when trying to get my slave to do anything. From what I can gather it has to do with Willpower? How do I lower Willpower reliably as a new slaver?

Raising a new slaves Happiness and Affection first off will make it much easier to do other things with her later.
I dont really use sadistic brute methods so I cant say how to go down that path

I create a character, choose a bunch of stats that - I have no idea what they do -, then the game starts and it tells me to go to the journal to see what to do. Where is the journal? What am I supposed to _do_?
I tried walking around a bit, got in combat and I didn't have any weapons. I couldn't quit out of it. There is no menu button. All I could do was delete my browser session.
How the f*ck do you play this game? Is there a UI bug where I'm just missing a bunch of stuff?

im not sure if i expereinced a bug or maybe somehting unscripted or what ever BUT i just lost several hours worth of game play i had in....i did the end day and a warning came up to deal with critical situations or something and i tried to stop a slave from leaving and then there was no options or anything (pissed me off)
i really really really would like to see a back button added into this game ...sucks having to start over from my last save and i pray i dont run into this same shit again fuck man

game does take some getting use to so off to the far right hand side see your picture (kind of hard to describe) click that and then another window will pop up and your journal is dead smack in the middle

you probably don't see the whole UI because of your resolution. I use Firefox 80% zoom out option.
