The biggest problem of the game is, that in core its grind leading nowhere.
Jobs like you mention, dont pay alot, they are just ways to passively grind stat points to increase the sell value of your investment(slave).
Another problem i see is, that its quite hard to begin corrupting a slave, while its trival at higher corruption levels.
What i would suggest is a corruption system, which works the opposite. Easy to get a little corruption, but near impossible to max out. With jobs limited by corruption, branching up. So you can not train a milk cow, they way you would train a whore, a cock sucker, anal slut or furniture. So Slaves would have built character. Rather than every girl is an incel Girlfriend-dream...
I definitely can see the argument for Corruption being overhauled. I think as is, it's too broad and basically amounts to "Not vanilla." I think dividing it into various categories, such as bondage, exhibitionism/humiliation, sadism, masochism, dominance, and submission would be a good start. Let you have girls that are subservient, but don't necessarily like being punished, or girls who like pain and like to be brats and not do what they're told until they're made to. Girls who like to be bound and left as a pretty ornament or decoration, and ones who get antsy if they can't prove they're useful with a task. And to have essentially middle managers for you. Girls who are submissive towards you, but still delight in asserting power over others lower in the pecking order.
I don't think the corruption system needs to be completely exclusive, because I don't see why a girl you're training to be a prostitute wouldn't also be trained in anal or oral, but I do think that it shouldn't be all one big stat.
I also think the dungeon overall needs a bit of a revamp. More devices, restraints, and the like. And also to be divided into a "Punishment and Play" system.
My basic ideas for an overhaul fall into a few categories: Captivity, implements, restraints, and observers.
Captivity would be akin to the cells the basement already has, but more extreme. For instance, the middle of the road option would be a cage/kennel for the prisoner, something they couldn't stand up in. The more extreme option would either be an oubliette, or gibbet. The cage could have an affect on willpower and affection/happiness (positive or negative depending on the character's various corruption related stats), while the gibbets and oubliettes would have a maximum impact on willpower, fear, etc, but at a severe cost on affection/happiness, health/stamina caps, weight, and potentially their stats like strength, intelligence, etc. Basically, a good way of breaking someone down quickly, but because of how quickly it breaks them down it takes a major toll on their body. A type of punishment so severe that even corrupted individuals don't see it as a game and will react negatively to it.
Implements: Currently, the game has two gags, clamps, WIP wax, and a cane and belt. I think adding a flogger, paddle, crop, zapper/cattle prod, and various whips (eg: Cat'o'Nine and bullwhip) would be a good idea, with each of them having impacts on arousal/affection/happiness, arousal, pain, fear/anger, etc based on their masochism value and whether or not the session is framed as punishment or play. Like the captivity devices, certain implements would only be seen as punishment, and could negatively impact your relationship if used during play sessions, whereas others would require the subject to have a certain level of masochism for them to be okay with being used on them when it isn't punishment, probably where free subjects have a harder requirement than a slave.
Other implements I could see being added are blindfolds and hoods, different types of clamps (weighted vs alligators for example), and vibrators and chastity belts.
Restraints: Right now, the game just has the rack. There used to be a chair, but that got the axe at some point. I think bringing it back, along with things like wall restraints, stocks, one bar prisons, and crosses would be a good idea. In addition to adding variety to the sessions, they'd also be able to serve as a way to have more people in the dungeon at the same time, which brings me to:
Observers: I think being able to bring various people into the dungeon with you would be a good idea. If they're already restrained, they're literally a captive audience, but I'd also advocate being able to bring unbound individuals too. Make them observe a punishment session to make them afraid of failing you, or let them watch a play session to increase arousal and maybe spark an interest in them. Also, you could have them either act as your assistant, or you could even let them take the lead to build up their own dominance and sadism.
On top of this, I think adding more instances to be able to directly punish someone for a failing would be a good idea. Like, encountering your maid slacking off and getting the chance to punish them for that, or finding them doing what they're supposed to and deciding to punish them just because.
Also, let us take do bondage sessions with current party members without having to dismiss them. It's just a hassle. Or make it so you can add/drop someone from the party when in dialogue with them instead of navigating to a different window.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't there certain characters like Juno where they reveal their desire as well as ask us, the players to bring them back to their hometown, if you have high enough affection? I don't know how much longer Grim intends to work on MoR, but I would love to explore other territories/lands on this planet, after he finishes up with Ikaanos.
