Where do you see your total guard power, tavern chaos and other important stats? Been looking everywhere and couldn't find it.
The total guard power has been mentioned already, click the red "i" icon next to the guard job assignment and tavern chaos you can check at the tavern itself.

Does anyone know if there is a cheat to get Zenobia? I forgot to take her in The Ring quest.
I can think of 2 ways, both are not 100% correct. Zenobia is a random so doesn't have anything unique (at least I believe so).
1. If you just want a girl with her pictures, select any random girl in your household (with girllid > 100) and set her girlid to 206. Cheat console can help you with that, since you'll be able to do that by girlname. You will lose that other girl.

2. Repeat her battle. Just start any battle, preferably the one that will reappear in a few days like Redhavem tigers. While on combat review screen BEFORE actually entering combat type SugarCube.State.variables.combat = 147 in console. Enter the battle, capture Zenobia. The only weird thing is game can open some random npc interaction after the combat is complete, not sure why.

EDIT: As mentioned below second way may not work at all. I don't have time to check why it happens, it's a hack anyway.

Doing this bricks the game; I get thrown into this menu after the fight is won (and loot is taken) with nothing to interact with. Untitled.png

Well, I guess it may not work at all then. For me it was moving me to interaction with npc for one save and boardwalk in south Redhaven for another save. That's why I said it's not 100% correct. Or rather not 100% working even.
So probably the only method is to replace some other girl in your possession.

SMR should continue/re-start after a while.

You just need to have high enough influence, IIRC, and you'll be summoned for a chat after a few weeks. IIRC.

Now, you did "sell" Aria to the Kymanto Syndicate, having trained her properly, right?
For my part, I finished NWO and gave 5k to Aria's rebels. Is there any more quest content after that? Do you get more missions if you do sell Aria instead?

Im considering subbing on the 5$ tier for the extra quest but how much content does it really add? I want to know if I'm paying for like 15 minutes of extra content.

You gave them 5k at the end of the Corazon Gorge fight, right?

That's definitely not the end of NWO, maybe talk to Aria to figure out what happens next.

NWO and SMR are different paths, SMR is the newer and still(?) being updated, so no comment on which path has more/better content.

Assuming you have already done this quest, you can set it back few stages it in the browser console:
Code:
SugarCube.State.variables.quest_ring=1
This should put you in a position to talk to the tavern girl again, then just go meet the baddies again, but this time don't forget to fight, make sure to capture at least the cybergirl. If you took Luckie already ignore her 2nd time and just leave.

may i ask? looks like there are some important npcs in this game besides those who i met during quests, right? and if i play with range weapons only, so i have low chance to capture anyone, then i miss some content?
i ask because i found there is npc "cultist monk" or like that, and he is somehow connected to some hidden quest with a big gun, but i dont know if i ever met him.

You can check the list of all special npcs . You probably met already. Not sure if he has any quest, I think he doesn't.

The Cultist Monk stands on top of the thing you need to click to find the hidden gun,

So for that quest all you need to do is to have killed or captured him.

thanks for answering. looks like i need to add some new buttons to my "repeat again and again the same entertainment" routine. now i'm going to socialize, not just do 3 trainings, academy curses and next day. what an awesome game, i should say.
one from deciphering a twin-cipher taken from Rosita's The Goonies quest (attack the Goonies) and the level 2 rumors mission from Divine Juices in Watery Eyes (auto deciphered in the library with appropriate stat, I forgot if INT or Aca/Sci).

Is there any consequence to the dinner conversation with Clea, other than deciding whether or not she distrusts you? Does she like you more if you're an abolitionist, rather than admitting you're a power-player who rewards his servants' loyalty, considering that the latter allowed me to hire her for 500 a day and she does not have distrust active?

If I may, I humbly believe that you have an erroneous perspective on this, you should see it as actively funding the development of the project, what you get for it is just a little extra, and you should not pay only to get extra content, mainly because it's not much content to speak of, to justify monthly expenditures.

I would suggest you give to Grim charitably to your heart content, with the sole intent of seeing the project come to fruition, and not for what you get in return.

I've always considered crowdfunding platforms as tip-jar... but you do you.

You can certainly miss a lot if you don't capture enemies. There are some very nice unique girls you can capture in fights. Not to mention selling or auctioning random captives is a very nice source of income.

I recommend using melee more. It may appear not very efficient at first when you have to waste a turn to get close, but that is easily fixed by having at least 80 melee combat, which lets you start the fight in the first row. 80 dex can do that too, Enya being a prime example of that, but obviously spending your daily training sessions on combat skill is much more preferable in the beginning.

While ranged weapons do not have another stat that increase their damage, melee weapons do and it's the strength. With enough strength even a whipping cane does a lot of damage and it guarantees a capture if only it is possible in the fight.

Melee weapons also have Power Strike that increase their damage at the small cost of hit chance and you can use it in the same turn unlike Aim. Some weapons like great swords or axes have additional extra damage on power strikes on top of regular power strike bonus. A party of great sword/axe users with 100+ melee/strength can easily clear last arena fight killing both cybercannon enemies before they even get the chance to use their weapons. It doesn't take that long to train 100+ in both with a dojo, you mostly don't fail trainings until 90+ and even then failing is not common.

The only con of using melee weapons is that in some high tier fights enemies can have a lot of dex, usually only one enemy per group is hard to hit, but then R-55 revolvers come to the rescue with their hit chance bonus, .50 ammo is not that expensive and you already start in the first row anyway.
