This is one of those many H games where the developer intentionally drip feeds content whilst milking their subscriber base for aslong as they can get away with while putting out minimal effort and minimal updates, face it, when you rake in 8000$ a month and dont have a job other than drawing and animating porn, it dont take 3+ years to develop something like this

The way I see it, their art is still their main selling point and the game is just a bonus.

If you look at how they post and talk, you can see how the game is basically a fun Side-Project, probably because they wanted to give game development a shot. You also have to keep in mind that this is their first game.

While you are 100% correct that we should be wary as a lot of people use patreon as a cash cow, right now i have the feeling and confidence to say that T-Hoodie is not one of them.

It is insane to me how much money this game is making, the lowest estimate (that being if every member was the lowest tier) is $4615 a month, that's $55,380 a year.

T-hoodie is living better than all of us from cute elf boy. (btw highest estimate is $55,380/month $764,244/year)

Second, the €15 subscription is the most popular one.

In order to be "most popular", you have to be the most plural.

Let's use 1801 members as a ballpark amount. And I've tried min-maxing to the lowest denominator possible.
901*15 = 13515
900*2 = 1800
(13515 + 1800)/2 (because dutch taxes takes half of your fucking shit at this amount, and I'm rounding up to 50% because BTW {normally 9% VAT for dutch}) * 12 months = 92k euros per year after income taxes.

Now, this is just the bare minimum estimation. And doesn't include merch, non-patreon donations (like extra money from itchio) and some tweaking the tiers closer to the higher brackets... you're looking at the real number being well beyond 100k euros per year after taxes. Now, this is of course beyond the earnings of the dutch middle class (even accounting the taxes and the shitshow that Rutte has presided). Even for Germans, this is barely above middle class.

Damn... Dutch taxes are terrible. He's getting r*ped worse than Max in the game

Also they didnt even start to remake the game yet, its probably not too far away, then you'll have even less content.

I don't think many people here understand how world, and money work, too much daddy and mommy children, too much issue, anyway, it's still pirate site who make your game populare, and it's still pirate who dl your game who will fund it and sub on patreon later.

Then you pick a fitting subject and describe your suggestion/reason briefly.
