Chapter 4 and 5 are the most NTR heavy. Even with it turned off, it bleeds through. Not much in chapters 1 or 2, and turning it off in 3 gets rid of most of it. Personally, I couldn't play much 4 or 5, as the story kind of stops making sense without the NTR, and the build up to it is everywhere, you just don't see much of the actual sex with it turned off, but they talk about it a lot. I did enjoy chapter 1 and 3 quite a lot though.
