Yeah, you’re right. The partnership didn’t fit from the start. But for me it was a great opportunity to contribute in a game like that. This opportunity, with its difficulties, was very inspiring for me. It made me realize how much I like this and led me to pursue this on my own. I realized the importance for me to do this.
So when delays and setbacks started happening with Suzinak, I decided to attempt this on my own and become a game creator, not just a writer. I don’t know if my endeavors will succeed, but the more effort you put into something, the more chances are it will
Don’t get me wrong. It has a good storyline, but not good dialog. What I mean is that it’s just the MC exchanging words with the LIs without much feeling.

That is always my target! For the story to support the sex scenes. When you have an incest scene you have to build the feeling. And in MMC it’s all from the perspective of the MC. We don’t know her thoughts or what she does when she’s not with the MC. So to understand that, you need dialog. And scenes with dialog.
Hahah, I like that idea. It’s not one that I’d use, but still a good point.Only thing I'd change is cut out the whole testicle pain followed by a visit to the doctor as a premise for "measuring my cum". And replace it with something like
Hopefully that example demonstrates how you can write an engaging story without elaborating/explaining every aspect of it. No need to explain why Marge is an anti-vaxxer or why she fell out with the landlord, for example.
Well, in the story you can understand that Marge has issues. The MC is trying to figure out what is wrong with her. So this is a scene that gives some background about Marge and also gives a lot of hints about what’s wrong with her. All being done with a teasing scene with partial nudity. So it’s not just two people talking.
It’s not a scene that I can’t rewrite or change it. But it would require much much effort to include all those elaborate hints and subtle references.
And now see it from my perspective.
- We talk we Suzinak and agree on 2-3 month release schedule
- We talk and we agree on the story elements
- I spent a whole lot of time reading the existing story, the original story in literotica, and create a new scenario.
- We agree with Suzinak and write the scenes and go through with him through edits and revisions in parts he didn’t like.
- Then i write everything down and finalize and wait for the renders.
- We release CH3 and it becomes an overnight sensation.
- I’ve already written a big part of CH4. We review with Suzinak and agree.
- He starts rendering the first scene of CH4.
- The weekly updates come and renders increase in progress but i don’t see any new renders.
- I keep asking him for any new renders. He keeps posting teasers, but not actual renders.
- This continues for weeks until i ask Suzinak when the release is due? He doesn’t know.
- Is it November? No. December? No. January? I don’t know. I’m like wtf? If you don’t know then who knows?
- More and more delays. Then on January he says I’m pausing the payments. This means we're not getting any revenue because Suzinak cannot commit to what we’ve agreed.
- Then as people start asking questions he doesn’t manage it well. Then he deletes his F95 without talking with me. He can do whatever he wants, but that’s not fair to me —his partner in the game— is it?
- Then no contact or updates with the game for a lot of months.
- As people start asking questions on discord they start getting banned just for asking questions. Even a patron got banned!!! Like wtf?
- Then he comes back almost a year later and he’s like “I redid this scene with my own imagination”. It was a sex scene so I didn’t mind as long as the escalation of the sex acts matched the script. It did, so it’s okay.
- He delivers the renders and the quality is low. Poor lighting, a lot of mistakes, the clothes doesn’t match the script. To me it looked like sloppy work.
- I point out all these to him to fix. He said he would, but to the day i departed haven’t seen anything.
- Then comes the news about changing the narrative scene. He asks me if he can. I’m like go for it, but try to keep close to the script.
- He delivers the renders for the narrative scene. He has removed integral parts of the scene. No naughty bits, no exposition. And the quality is really low again. It’s a scene in the living room and the living room has no furniture other than the couch and tv. It looks like a game from 2010. Just empty. As if they just moved in the house and haven’t unpacked.
- I point out to him that the narrative scenes are important to make sense for the sex scene. And we had a discussion.
- Keep in mind that all this time for me is unpaid. I do it just because I want this game to succeed and for Suzinak to improve.
- So when I see that Suzinak cannot understand my vision and wants to half-ass it, I feel that there’s no point for me in investing in this person and in this game; I’m not getting paid and my work and efforts are not being appreciated.
- Combine that with one of my favorite sayings; "when your presence is not appreciated, try giving them your absence" and you can get in my shoes.

It's sad to see the writer and the renderer go separate ways, coz they seem to get a level of superior quality that few VNs have achieved! Having said that, I am just glad that this project will have life after such painful "divorce."
Imma reserve further comments/critiques until the updates (if Suz really meant it) start rolling. Imma watch both Asmo & Suz do their separate projects with keen interest, that's for sure!

Wait, this beauty of a game got abandoned? Well aint that a kick in the nuts. Frikkin loved this game.
But at the same time I kinda felt the abandoned-tag was hanging in the air for quite a while.
Guess I was just being a silly optimist believing the game would get an update 'soon'.
First time I'm actually upset/sad to see an abandoned tag.
It might not have been the most interesting or deep story. But that aint always needed.
At the same time, "graphics" alone doesnt make a game(imo). I just felt MMC had good enuff 'story', and freakish good renders. And most importantly, it's scenes were effin hot.
This made me sad. Someone hold me?

Okay, it's now obvious that you didn't read my post properly. I did not suggest criticizing anything at all. I expressly stated that I would never try to change a story that has already been written after only reading a portion of it. The latter part of my post suggests that readers can determine the success of any given story, by its following, or the lack thereof... IE: the number of sales of a given book.
In case you still haven't understood, my post was written in response to people who were trying to influence the story from this point forward. It's not the readers' work, but Asmodeus' work. It is HIS sole discretion as to how it's written. Except, he's now removed himself from it.

Susinak's renders were great. I don't think there's any dispute with that claim. The "deep story" in this novel is good enough to support sub-par renders, but it's really nice when the story and the artwork compliment each other.I think having a deep story is what made a Kinetic Novel a success. Ofc along with impressive renders and animations. And keep in mind that there are a lot of VN with great graphics and animations, but not a lot with good writing.

Basically I play these games through skip to spin all this stuff like "oh no... that's wrong... we're mom/son/brother/sister..." etc, but I was reading this game, it's PASSIONATE , tempting and interesting. Still tormented by the question of what happened to mom, a split personality, ordinary lust or something else. Damn... It's very disappointing... I really hope that it doesn't slide into the usual nonsense "oh no... that's wrong ..." It would be great if Asmodeus would at least post his finished version of the story with all the erotic scenes, if not now then at least later . Although English is not my native language, but I would love to read it.

Good luck to youman shut up! you will fucking hire a guy to do what you invision and you wilol fucking give us the version of MMC you and we want. i dont believe cutting corners and skipping the build-up in relationships and lore is the way to go and therefore i completely agree with your decision to depart fromt his project. but dont just drop the idea of making this game, even without the guy who put his name on it, please!
