His mother has always controlled his life. I think it's fairly realistic to assume he would accept his mother's 'medical' treatments, especially when it involves him finally having sex. I think that it totally sets the game apart visually. Nothing else can compete. Also, 4K and 144fps are just extra options with 1080p 60fps being the default

Personally, for what little I know, it remains the best ever, especially for the emotional tension you are talking about, but i repeat, I certainly don't know this sector as well as you do.
