At the end of chapter 2 there is an option to stay in a relationship with both Fernanda and Estefania or break up with Estefania. In chapter 3 there is an option to approve of Fernanda exploring other women. I think it is very likely you will be able to have threesomes with Fernanda/Estefania and Fernanda/Melina, but I seriously doubt there will be an actual harem. Martina and Miriam will more than likely be completely standalone, and I'd say Lorena is 50/50 on if it'll actually have any effect on the main story.

I don't see how any of them would be okay with sharing also, so I don't think harem would be possible. Usual gestures, save name/delete, seethru textbox, resizeable game and dialogue text.
