There's plenty to start working with, without adding other distractions, and room to move the story/plot into many different directions as needed...

To be honest I was expecting more . The plot does not cling, dialogues and texts banal (sometimes too much text , tired to read). The characters are not interesting , even the main character melody (this is my subjective opinion).Why are there so many characters in the first version ? Not one of the characters is uncovered . I understand can say this is the first version in the future , all characters will be developed ( through 10-15 versions, if the development of the game is not abandoned). At this point the game has one advantage , beautiful picture (I think for a good start this is not enough) . And Yes completely forgot about the most important thing, in the game there will be no interesting sexual content (our fetishes and the dirtiest imaginations will not be realized ) otherwise the game and the author will be banned again.PS. I apologize for my poor English.

Funny, I was just thinking the opposite. Finally, a game with well-defined characters. It is structured like a TV series rather than a porn movie and that may have thrown you off.

Very nice game, but why does the H Button to hide the textbox stops to work after the first couple of scenes. I remarked this kinda issue in almost every Ren'py i was playing lately. Does anyone know this problem and a way to solve it?

Yeah I've had this problem too in Melody as well as DMD. When I rollback over a choice or an animation, the H button or the middle click stops working to hide the GUIs. Even loading a save stops it from working. I had to restart the entire game every time I rolled back too far. Kind of a pain. I found this issue only in MrDots' games though. Not sure if it's just me. Is there like a console command or something perhaps to hide the GUIs?
I'd really appreciate a solution, the GUIs hide out a TON of awesome scenes.

Well, after playing the demo I'm still a bit skeptical about MrDots new project, but eh, DmD doesn't seem that good to me either, not a fan of incest.

Anyways, the good:
-We have a good selection of girls to pick from.
-Writing/Story isn't bad for a demo.
-Unlike in DmD the MC can fuck someone in ver 0.1

And the bad:
The game lacks of antagonists or some interesting plot to keep us playing, so far you have a collection of female models to interact with and that is.
I hope to see something interesting in the future, because without it a slow burn vanilla dating sim is gonna turn boring really fast.

The main antagonists of Melody are going to be each other’s internal demons.

The characters expressions have that "MrDots feel" hehehe.

i hear you on that one. but i could give the game a bit of leeway in this instance since it's still an early v0.01 ish release with two game weeks introduction to start. maybe we'll see antagonists at some point over the next few updates.
