From what I found, 385+ points plus all other relationships locked. You must solely be with Melody and her solely to you. Even the lesbian paths have to be locked.

you need to have only Melody path on with 400+, 405 you get special scenes IIRC

There is a way to use the mod to get the 405 points but still get the 3some but then lock off Xi and Sofi at the right spot and the superstar ending has one single still frame "easter egg" acknowledging the 3some
