Trying all the endings one by one. Got Melody normal good ending first time round. Second time I pursued just Sophia to see how it played out!

despite Bethany being an absolute word removed she is hot! I was hoping for some makeup sex at the end there!! haha.

Yeah I know that, but still she's home still dealing with a kid alone while he's out living his dream, she's glued to the house, maybe singing once or twice a week at a club, but is she doing that while he's on tour? Probably not.

To me, it's a sad ending, and most certainly in real life would build resentment or regret of some kind all because he didn't pull out when he should've. Just another teen superstar that could've been something.

I guess I dig too deep into these games, but if I was her, I know for sure shit I'd rather be on the road playing to packed houses or arenas every night rather than changing shitty diapers or dealing with taking care of a kid 24/7 waiting until he gets home, and for how long?

WE don't know how much her hubby is away, he might be at home most of week or month and he might be playing drums when she sings on club and she might eventually get back to recording but since canon ending is superstar we won't know what their family life was in long run.

Really enjoyed the game. Though a big criticism that i have is the lack of information involving choices. I encountered many choices that just happened to be random choices. You have to hint and lead up to those choices. Really took me out of it a couple of times. Also the word keen came up way too much. In any case i had an enjoyable time with this novel. Best of luck in the future.

I got this game about three weeks ago and I immediately downloaded the walkthrough, and the WT mod for it. Turns out, the walkthrough .PDF is 66 pages long, which I personally wasn't ready for but it does give you a little bit of an idea why you're doing or about to do a certain choice, but it did seem a bit random when I first played.

Also, completely agree on the "keen" word over-usage. I'm going to go through my pure Melody run starting soon and am going to count how many times "keen" comes up throughout the entire game. Guessing low to mid 20s, maybe more?

I am not sure about the 'heroine' part, but Melody, the female protagonist, is lovable for sure. And the game is very good.

Well, to be honest, there are a few choices as Melody you have to make, and there are a few choices as Sophia you have to make, most of them concerning Xianne. It might not mean she's playable in the traditional sense, but certain options and questions you have to ask DO come from either one of them that DO drive the story, however small, forward.

So, take that as you want

I've only played Melody's SOLO route/Perfect Ending so I don't know what other girls you have options to ask questions for. But I know during my Melody runs, she asks the MC about several things; touring, Jade, telling her Aunt about the relationship, etc.

Now if you go another girls' route or even full bore MFF or MFFF, I'm pretty sure you have times where you have options/choices to speak "for them" as well.

Hell, in the beginning of the game you speak as Rebecca within the first 30 or so minutes. So protagonist or heroine or whatever, you make choices I'm sure for a lot of girls that push the story forward.

They might not be important in the big picture, but they do push forward. Don't you even make a choice or two as Lester during the radio interview?

So look at it from whatever viewpoint you want. Everybody matters in this game on some level

Much like you, I always chose Melody over the other girls. Initially I did not get the perfect ending, but eventually I got it. It certainly feels as the best option, since she is the focus girl (kudos to jaw1986baby for all his suggestions, hehe). But I do not discard replaying the game some other time and try my luck with other girls, just for the sake of completion, although I anticipate it will feel strange to say the least.

I got the "good ending" once, vowed to never see it again because I thought it was sad. I mean a 19-year old with a kid home while the husband tours. Not cool in my eyes.

I can't bring myself to do anything with Sophia, Xianne, etc. Just seems wrong to me, especially since I love the progression steps with Melody with the relationship. Nothing attracts me to the other girls, and you can't have a solo route with Xianne or Sophia, since they go along with Melody. Amy would be the only other one I would touch, but since she's Melody's aunt, nope. Izzy's pretty but most of the scenes with her are just sex (I have the gallery mod loaded in) and according to the walkthrough, none of the other girls seem redeeming to me.

I have played every ending.

I like Becca as she was modeled from a combo of DMD characters I like, her only flaw to me was her giga-bewbs (not my thing).

Amy felt like a good connection for those who aren't into younger girls "happily ever after"

Izzy was fun as she was sexy and willing earlier than anyone else, she had the throwback to old life before Bethany and everything, but there are long gaps without her and I feel it hurt her story overall.

Sofi and also the Sofi/Xi combo would have been my preferred end game but alas they were only ever side girls. I had a lot of fun with them through all but one playthrough however. Sofi had the top sexy body IMO and I wish she had red hair and was a LI then she would have made me love this game so, so much more.

Melody ending with her pregnant wasn't as unsatisfying to me as it was for others. She got to still do music (like in all the endings where you pick other girls) and make that her career but she also got to love us(MC) and a baby so it shouldn't be seen as a lesser endings just a different priority happiest ending.

Superstar Mel was good. I played that once straight where I rejected ALL others to preserve perfection. Then I played it with tweaks so I could have the 4some and also get her Superstar (extra bonus scene - one render, maybe 2 - in epilogue if you do this). It was nice to see Mel get her best Rock Star life.

I liked the innovation of allowing you (MC) to be friends with the Focus girl. Having proper endings with the alternate LIs. It was a great concept. But as Mel was focus, no matter what, her career depended on you so she could only become musician for a living (still what she wanted -- to pay the bills with what she loves) unless you went full focus on her and her career.

They(Dots team) are in their current game allowing some alternate choices for where you end up but this one is different so no one person will suffer for choosing others. I get why it was that way here but also it was sad.

If they remade Mel with the Ruby model (DMD char that is basically Mel with smaller bewbs) I would probably play it like Mark Takagi and repeat bliss with Mel 100 times
