No, you only need that to enter the cow farm.

Are you sure you've done Daliah's ending? If you are sure about that and it still doesn't work, then upload your save here so I can check what you are missing.

I can't check with just pictures, that's why I asked for your save file. They can be found in the following folder:

They are named like the following:

It’s a copy game from another called gamcore so I wouldn’t know how will sent it to you!

The lizards and i think it has a monster glosary with information about them, i can't quite remember!!!

Get pregnant from a lizardman encounter in the mountains and go give birth. You'll get 4 eggs as a result.
