Current version is 0.23; mod is still at 0.21. That means he missed 0.22 completely.
For everyone's knowledge, I dropped dev a comment directly on his profile a while ago; I've copied and pasted it below for reference. No response of yet, which is less than ideal. He hasn't posted anything on the site in 12 days now, following the previous update never being implemented.
If OEJ doesn't intend to continue updating this mod further, would they(/you) be open to another modder taking the project on? Clarification one way or the other would be helpful. Comment C&P below:

The strange thing is that he's viewing this thread in realtime, so he sees what's going on here too. He's not inactive per se; he just has not responded to anyone in this threat. OEJ I'm extremely thankful for what you do, but I think you should really weigh in here; otherwise you'll have others demanding that you either shit or get off the pot.
He just posted an update a short while ago, it's pasted below. I'm going to go through the list of OEJ mod threads and post this comment, so everyone know what's up. We appreciate the post OEJ , get your RL shit handled, that always comes first. We'll look forward to your return. Stay safe.

He could have posted this earlier... I understand he is busy with irl stuff but could have let people know earlier
Yeah I don't disagree with ya, but he's done a LOT to improve dozens of games that I've played, he's got enough goodwill in my book that I can tolerate a 2-3 month hiatus. I'm spreading the word on the oej mod threads I'm familiar with, especially in case there are any modders who are willing to pick up update duty until his return.

i have update the gallery mod for the current version (0.31).I had little thinks changed in the mod.You don´t have now buttons where you can direct go to the page number where you will because i didn´t know where i should put the page 7 button.You have only all page buttons on the page 7 because for the moment it is ok there since this is for the moment the last page.For me it was very hard to put the current stuff inside because it actualy have 1 label for all the scenes.Anyway i don't want to bore you with the that.Have fun with it
Install guide: you only extract the file into the main folder
