Teaching 14 years old about sex is actually quite normal in most societies, as teenagers can start being sexually active usually around that age, even if most will still wait a couple of years.
Fucking your 14 years old niece is not normal in most societies, though, but neither is creampieing your daughters or have them watch as a prostitute sucks you off in the street, so I guess it is not about normality.
I think anything between 15-18 actually make sense for Hailey story wise. Pretty much everybody can relate to a 15 year old teenager being treated as a child, trying to act as a grown up, being actually neither.

Well, the way from being a kid/teenager to becoming an adult is a slow transition. The - in most societies - limit of 18 is more or less artificial. It's in the correct ballpark of course, but some would be responsible a few years earlier, some may need a few years longer.
Also, parents tend to be protective of their kids, sometimes overly so, and also often pay for them even after they are technically adults. On the other hands, kids will get more and more responsibilities even before hitting the landmark age, or get more say in family decisions, which also is "being treated (more) like an adult".
I'd say this conversation can happen from 13 to 30 more or less, depending on individuals but also on the culture. Of course Hailey looks neither 13 nor 30 and other aspects would also cut down that range, but the general feeling that your parents don't treat you like an adult and parents maybe really subconsciously not treating you like they would or should, that lingers on.

Yeah I know what you meant. I meant story wise too. 15-18 being treated as a child makes way more sense than 18+ following orders like a doll. They tend to rebel by explicitly telling you "i am 18, so I am legally to do as I want", specially when 18 is quite a standard age to be sexually active.
Defaults are there not because of story, is because of patreon laws.

In the recent 0.22 update it's good to more Erica again, setting up for scenes to interact with her, she haven't got much love since the earlier part of the story. I always interpreted that while MC and Erica have their escort-client relationship going on, MC was Erica's one exception to those rules and contracts, willingly to look beyond that, with the possibility of becoming them being lovers on a regular basis.
A lot of other story set-ups this update. Also looking forward to the one with Sarah especially. Hopefully a long scene with her without any interruptions, maybe we learn why she doesn't want MC to know where she lives, maybe more development on their relationship with MC showing serious he is about Sarah, maybe bring up the possibility of pregnancy with her. More Stephanie too, maybe have extended business trip with our secretary.
At the dinner with MC, Erica, and Tracy I'm surprised the developer didn't have point out that the Waitress and Tracy had the same hairstyle, considering how the developer occasionally likes the break the 4th wall. The Waitress who looks good herself.
I wonder will we have to have the MC chose between the night events with Jennifer & Amanda and Hailey & Sandra like with spending time with Angela last update or MC manage to squeeze in both back-to-back. Which i wished had the option to have been solely MC and Angela without Sandra and/or Jeremy in the mix.
In regards to MC's appearance, i do like that MC isn't the typical looking MC you'd see whose either the scrawny 12-year-old looking boy MC who shorter than all the girls or a scrawny douchebag looking frat boy MC. Also showing that the MC doesn't need to look like a ripped bodybuilder.

I am really enjoying this one. Granted that the wife is probably not the best looking but I am really enjoying the story and all the characters plots. Great work and I am looking forward to each update, I think I'll go support on Patreon!
