it´s like arms99 sayd.As long as Nefastus didn´t change the code the patch should work until the end of this game
Patch should work even when I finish the overhaul/rewrite. Unless I end up violating patreon rules I am sticking with it, it is an easy way to manage things.
Been a rough...well if feels like the whole year for me(nothing too overwhelming except a few health scares with my mom that turned out fine, just a million other little things), but hopefully should be looking brighter since the person who was a major sources of stress and preventing me from working on the game as much as I would like is officially not my problem anymore since the locks got changed lol. Should be popping back in here more and more now, but there is roughly 0% chance I go back through all the posts I missed. Just too much lol.

Hi, first glad you are gonna have less stress from now on, also what is this about a rewrite/overhaul? It has been a while since I've been here or on Patreon. Also sorry to bother you.
Rewrite has basically been my white whale so far lol, been planning it for what seems like forever. Slowly redoing the early renders and changing some things, mostly order of certain scenes. It's not coming anytime soon, but now that she is gone I should have a fair bit more time to work on it.

Well, guess that's done. These health scares from family members I know all too well. During a Pandemic my grandfather had pneumonia. 3 times. One of those times, he spent 35 days in the hospital. Unfortunately, on November he actually got corona and died this month on the 12th. The year hasn't been great for many of us, has it. =/ Happy holidays, man. Your game is one of the top, in my opinion.

.Oddly enough it was...pleasant at first. Everything was fine with the split, but when she found a place and started to pack it just felt off. She was asking odd questions about things she has no claim to, like my PC/watches and stuff. Nothing overt, like I wouldn't actually accuse her of anything, just trusted my gut. I put some of my more valuable stuff in storage and that started world war III. To this day I don't know if it was that she actually wanted to take some of my shit or just was pissed off that I moved it and implied she may be a thief. Either way, kinda glad it went down like that cause she was super attractive. Probably would have ended up hooking up with her again, telling myself it's just sex...then her staying overnight again..and the entire thing would have ran it's course again. At least now she hates me lmao.

Holy shit lol. Without getting much into your personal life, I'm glad you're feeling better. When in a relationship always try to get a deal going, if married, prenup, if not... don't know. Gramps got together with this money-spending lunatic. She did nothing but spend money during the entire time they were together. After the split, she was still entitled to half his house, that he bought by himself. All the while she continued using his health insurance. And getting paid monthly. Splits can be messy, so always good at the beginning of a relationship to set some boundaries, so in the event something happens (not saying it will!) one can safely keep the shit they own.
Anyway. Clearly something was amiss. I would say wanting my pc would be pretty damn overt hahah Good thing that you're feeling better now.

here is my unofficial android port of Midlife Crisis v0.23.
from now on my android ports of Ren'Py games have a 2nd, persistent save location like windows. if you uninstall an app, the save files and persistent data remain intact.
therefore the app needs the permission to access the public external storage, because it has to read and write outside its own external storage directories.
you have to grant the permission or the app is shut down.
