Yes, I have win 8.1. I renamed the file to tar and copied it to the required directory. How do I know if a DLC is installed or working? Only during the game?

no, you need to extract the content of the .tar

And you can't spell worth a darn, either. Look at the download section of the first post. "Macintosh" does have a C, but no D or L, so that abbreviation is way off.

(I'm sure if I search long enough, I can find the DLC archive some...where.... Wait a minute....)
